Drop off and collection times.
You can drop off and collect between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm but this is BY APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE ONLY.
There is only me so I don't have someone sat in the office all day for when someone turns up. I work my day around you.
If you do not let me know in advance and let me know the day before, I may not be able to make the time you need. As we rent the dog field out to the public I have to book a slot in there for the boarding dogs, my own dog is at the vets twice a week at the min, I obviously need to do things for myself too- Drs and dentist appointments etc, go to the gym. When I am off-site there will always be someone in the house but they do not deal with dogs coming and going.
PLEASE STICK TO THE TIME YOU HAVE AGREED. For the reason above but also I get my dogs sorted in the house before you get here (if they hear the cameras go off and I go to come out world war 3 erupts!). If you are early please be prepared to wait as I may already have dogs out or be having my meals. If you are going to be late, please let me know. It saves me standing outside for ages waiting for you.
I've got dogs in at the min who have come all the way up from Berkshire. I was given a 2 hour timeframe which is understandable as you don't know what traffic is like but I got regular updates on their ETA which was great, but if you live in catterick, for example, which is 10 mins away and you are due at 11am please dont message me at 20 past saying you are just setting off so are going to be late. That's half an hour I have wasted waiting when you would have known at 10.50 you weren't going to make it for 11am.
