e exactly that, so they look forward to the next visit. I have worked mostly with children and animals in the last 26 years, the last 3 as a vet receptionist. I always wanted to work with dogs in a grooming role and decided that veterinary experience would help me gain a better understanding of dog behaviour, wellbeing needs and health concerns. I loved every dog that came in to the surgery and spent many times laughing and crying with their owners. I understand that many dogs are nervous, and I am very happy to spend some time in my garden playing with them when they first arrive to reassure and build trust. I am fully insured. Qualifications
