Staying cosy 🐰🐰🐰…very important to be topping up the bunnies house daily with lots of straw and hay and providing heat pads to keep them warm, regularly checking their water bottles and bowls to make sure they haven’t frozen over. Our bunnies house is well insulated but do consider moving your bunnies indoors or into a shed if their hutch or set up doesn’t provide sufficient shelter from the cold weather. If this isn’t an option then provide insulation to their hutch by covering it with blankets and tarpaulin. Ideally your bunnies should still have access to a run despite the cold weather as exercise will help regulate their body temperature and is important for their overall well being.
