A very happy Barney having his first hour of turnout today after 3 months of box rest! 🥹
As most of you know Barney has been recovering from having a chipped bone removed from his shoulder after being kicked in the field, it’s been a very long road involving lots of vet visits, antibiotics and pain killers but he is now starting to make a good recovery! 🤞
He’s feeling so good that we’ve actually had to sedate him for his hand grazing and turnout sessions as he’s been doing his best unicorn impression dancing round on his back legs 🤣🦄🙈
He’s been an absolute superstar patient, and we are keeping everything crossed that he will return to full work again in the future 🥰
Happy Barney! 3 months of box rest after a nasty kick injury and he had his first hour of turnout today! 🥹❤️
🐣 We will be holding an Easter Hat competition over Easter weekend 🐣
Decorate your riding hat for Easter and be in the chance of winning a prize!
The competition will run on 7th, 8th and 9th of April.
Photos will be taken of all hats when you arrive, but if they are a bit too extravagant to ride in you may need to dismantle them slightly, so do just bare this in mind when getting creative!
The 9:30 lesson doing a jump exercise to focus on straightness and control!
Well done Aimee, Clare and Karen!
And of course our fabulous horses Barney, Bob and Tilly who had great fun!
