Since I left school I have always worked in offices, stuck behind a desk as that is what I thought was the correct thing to do after getting a BTEC diploma in business and finance at Salisbury College. I have always had a great passion for animals both big and small and as far back as I can remember have always had pets. My children are now at an age where they are getting more independent and wit

h my husband’s support and encouragement I decided to pursue my love of animals, especially dogs, to become a professional dog groomer and open a home-based canine spa. I am certified with Diplomas in Dog grooming, Animal Psychology and Dog Walking, I hold a certificate in pet first aid and I am a member of the British Dog Groomers’ Association.

My children are now at an age where they are getting more independent and with my husband’s support and encouragement I decided to pursue my love of animals, especially dogs, to become a professional dog groomer and open a home-based canine spa. We also now offer dog home boarding and are licenced by Dorset County Council.
