Today Grace from Saracen horse feed came out to the yard to weigh the horses, it was interesting to see the weights between different types, ages and conditions of horses.

Early start on Sunday morning for the Area winter show jumping Qualifier.Animist (Bob) and Grantstown sandman (Ambrose) jumped incredible for the teams.The team Won the 60 and 70 for the Battle & district riding club😁

Super pleased with how all the horses are coming on, Bob won his class,Fianna came 2nd,We only sat on her 18 times, she’s going to be a superstar,I had a few rusty moments on Ace, but still manage to achieve 69.44%,Natalie came second on the lovely Preston, her riding is improving all the time, and super pleased with jj showing her the ropes, massive thank you to all the owners off the horses and Battle & District Riding Club for hosting a lovely dressage summer series.

A very busy couple of weeks. Winston has been helping fianna and vinnie, now both safely under saddle. BDRC camp and a fantastic talk by Henrietta thomas. We have room for short time stays for school or fitting be hunt season. Please get in touch if you think we can help you.

15.3 smart looking 9yrs coloured mare. Loves to jump and goes nicely on the flat. Has been x country schooling. Hacks alone and in company. Has competed at unaffiliated competitions in showing, dressage and show jumping. Loves her work and never runs out of energy. Not suited to a total novice. Good to shoe, box, clip etc. up to date with vacs, teeth and worm counts. Very sad sale of this much loved horse. Contact me for more info.
