Here are four reasons why doing stretches are beneficial for horses:

1. Improves Flexibility and Range of Motion
Carrot stretches encourage horses to move their neck, shoulders, and spine in ways that improve flexibility. This helps maintain a greater range of motion, which is essential for performance and overall mobility.

2. Strengthens Core Muscles
