At our salon, every groom begins with the best preparation, starting with a shampoo specially chosen for your dog’s unique coat type. This ensures your furry friend gets the most out of their groom—not just a wash! 🛁🐾

Here’s how we do it:

🐶 Shedding Breeds
We use ‘Blown Away’ shampoo from thepawdinary. Perfect for shedding breeds, this shampoo:
• removes dead coat effortlessly especially during moulting season.
•hydrates, nourishes, and adds a brilliant shine while tackling compacted undercoats with ease.

🐩 Doodles & Curly Coats
For our doodle friends, we use ‘Mother Fluffer’ shampoo from thepawdinary. It’s a game-changer for curly coats! This shampoo:
• Gently cleans and detangles
• Reduces drying time
• Eliminates frizz and adds shine
• Hydrates, conditions, and repairs dry, damaged hair
• Provides anti-static care for a flawless finish

🐾 All Other Coat Types
For everything else, we use ‘Salon Essential’ shampoo from thepawdinary. This everyday shampoo is suitable for all coat types and:
• Deep cleans while naturally conditioning
• Leaves a lustrous shine without changing the coat’s natural texture
• Produces a rich lather with any water type
• Reduces drying time for an efficient finish

As Christmas is our busiest time of the year, we kindly ask all our customers to take a moment to re-read our policies which can be found pinned to our social media pages. The main concerns are listed below:

🪳Flea Policy: For the comfort and health of all pets, we cannot groom dogs with fleas.

❌ Cancellations: Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% charge.

❓No Shows: Missed appointments will be charged at full price.
