When will I receive my it

em? Once payment of items are received in our account, we will post the items. They should be received within 2-7working days after payment has been received. You will receive a reference number as proof of postage. Royal Mail And Courier Delivery Services Used To Deliver Your Items. Acceptance of items
All items are sent 'signed for' delivery. Should the parcel not be intact upon delivery, save reasonable wear and tear from transit, please do not accept the parcel.

What can I return? You may return new, unopened items sold within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. When will I get my refund? Usually within 1 week of returning your order. After we receive and process your return, it may take 5-7 business days for your refund to display on your payment card statement. Does Marmosets Diets and Woodstocks offer replacements or exchanges? If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide evidence. We will send you a replacement of the same item. If you'd like to exchange an item for something else, you can. During the dismantling process we will be adding a few items on here that can be purchased cheaply and easily modified for an existing outdoor enclosure or helping you start a project.

Not exactly sure yet what is available so if interested please just contact us once photos are added.

Dismantling of one of the out door enclosures and then getting ready to extend existing enclosure for Koba and a new seating area in full sun for us all to enjoy.

Our monkeys are certainly enjoying the apple flavours of the marmoset cake.
The babies are now eating and exploring all the different foods we offer and we are so happy with how they are thriving.

Morning all,

We are going to be updating our website and adding our new food products and removing others that are no longer available.
Please be advised that if you order the starter pack the drinkers and the pellets are not available
We have Tringos replacing the pellets and the drinkers can be sourced on other online shops but we can not purchase them at the lower cost anymore so not allowing us to sell them at a fair price to you.

Another positive day has passed.
Each day they are growing.
Mum and dad are eating well and enjoyed the winter sunshine today. Basking in a sheltered space.

So as you know we lost our incredible boy Blu, our Alpha Male who is the reason why we are here dedicating our life and soul to caring for and about so many 1000’s of monkeys all over the world and I really mean that, all over the world.
It’s time to announce something very beautiful again. Autumn Belle & Super T have had twins they were born on the 6th January so only day two but both babies look beautiful and healthy and fully formed.
This morning daddy had them both while mummy ate her big warm breakfast and he then very carefully walked through the enclosure side panels and rope to come and eat.
They are now all in their indoor enclosure with their lights and heater and I have seen her take from dad and went into the nest box.

Early days and as we all know the first few weeks are the crucial part of their lives but it’s so very worth celebrating now.
We truly hope this second time around works out for them all.

No babies are ever sold they will live their lives here.

We do not interfere with them, we leave them to be natural parents but so hope that it perfect for them.

💖💖💖💖 I’m definitely blessed they are my best friends … he was and always will be the legacy of so many monkeys … if it wasn’t for him my monkeys wouldn’t have the best food on the market … because of blu and you you have reached and helped so many people along not just your journey but theirs to and mine and I’m forever thankful ###

Thank you everyone for your beautiful words

With a huge sadness I share that we have lost our Blu. The very reason for marmoset diets, he shaped us, our work, love and passion.
He was our first boy that taught us everything we know.
Love You Our Blu
Ages 13 years this year.
