We are experiencing an increasing number of extremely short notice cancellations or turning up to peoples homes that have booked for that day to find them not home. If this continues we will need to enforce a deposit for bookings. I’d prefer not to have to do this but will be forced to if it continues to happen. Please can I ask anyone booking to make sure they are available for when they book. Thanks.

Rosie, Lakeland Terrier. Before, during and after hand stripping. Hand stripping removes dead hairs from the coat by hand rather than using clippers to keep the coat neat and tidy. A technique I love to use
