This was during his pre competition session ready for this weekend.☀️

In Loopy’s session he has the general body work like all my clients, plus a once over with a massage ball to really work deeper over the big muscles and then some areas with the red light unit.🔴

⏳The wait is finally over ⌛️

After months of waiting I can finally share with you my exciting news.

As of April 2022 I qualified to practice using a fascia edge tool.
As well as qualifying to offer phototherapy, with both red and blue light therapy available to all clients.🔴🔵

Phototherapy
🔴 Red light therapy- Increases vibration levels within the cell, meaning greater cell regeneration. This then accelerates the mitochondria within the cell, meaning more ATP in produced. With ATP being produced the brain is sent signals to release endorphins, serotonin aand anti-inflammatories.

With all this work it helps damaged cells accepts nutrients and discard toxins faster.

Reasons to use red light therapy.
🔴Stimulates cells to heal and repair.
🔴Reduces muscle spasm.
🔴Helps treating chronic pain and inflammation including arthritic conditions and overuse injuries.
🔴Relieves pain.
🔴Reduce inflammation and swelling.

Equine Sports Massage 🔥

I provide a treatment designed for each and every horse I see. This can vary from a pre/post event massage, routine massage and depending on workload. Each massage involves a discussion on ways to improve your equine with helpful exercises both on the ground and ridden. Any information after each session can be emailed onto the owner on request.

I hope everyone is having a great start to 2022.🎉

With the weather changing and becoming wet. I would really appreciate it if horses are groomed ready to receive treatment.

Also due to rising fuel costs I have had to make a small increase to prices. As well as a cancellation fee will apply if close to treatment date, this will apply if cancelling close to treatment date.

Finally I have limited spaces available in January and the diary is filling up for February. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for availability or enquiries regarding your horses behaviour etc.

It’s getting to that cold time of year, with horses being turned out less. Why not book a equine sports massage to ensure your equine is feeling at it’s best whilst in the stable more. Also with competition back in full swing, they may benefit from a massage to ensure all is at its best before/after competing.
