💦 Here are some of the K9 Aquacise & Hydrotherapy team dogs enjoying their swims this week (we opened the pool just for them).
💦 First we have Kai, then Zak, with Wilson bringing up the rear.
💦 We want to say a huge thank you to all our customers and their lovely dogs for coming to us this year.
💦 We have loved seeing the improvement we’ve been able to make, whether that is teaching them to be confident swimmers, improving their fitness, prehab before surgery, rehab after surgery, maintenance or any of the other reasons that swimming and hydrotherapy is so good for our four-legged friends.
💦 From the whole team here, we wish you all a happy 2023 and we look forward to welcoming you back next week and beyond.
💦 This is the lovely Bella.
💦 She initially came for hydrotherapy post-cruciate surgery, and loved swimming so much she kept it up.
💦 Unfortunately she later needed similar surgery on her other cruciate ligament and now she swims weekly for maintenance.
💦 Bella is one of our longest attending clients and she loves her weekly swim-swim 😍
💦 This is Dora the labrador who has been coming to us for puppy swims.
💦 This week’s swim was her best yet - she decided that giraffe was her favourite toy and she loved being in the pool with Pam.

💦 Meet Search Dog Maya and Retired Police Dog Lorrie, who both came for fun and fitness swims with us today.
💦 Maya is an operational volunteer search dog with Hampshire Search & Rescue Dogs, while Lorrie is a retired PD from Wiltshire Police.
💦 These two lovely girls live together and are very enthusiastic swimmers. They both enjoy the Kong Wubba toys we have - a favourite with our German Shepherd swimmers! They both also like to announce they’ve arrived at our Romsey pool with some ear-splitting barking 🤣

I offer puppy swims for a safe introduction to water, not only for the puppy, but most owners want to know if they can swim just in case they fall in the water out on a walk!!!
He took to it really well and is a really strong little swimmer 😊
Bella is one of my most enthusiastic swimmers who is coming along for hydro following a cruciate operation. She almost can't contain herself from the minute she is in the building, as she loves the pool so much and is most upset she has to have a shower first!!
Here's Pasha the husky enjoying a swim for additional exercise through the summer. It's rare I can get him to chase a ball, he usually prefers treats!!
Here's Oxo in for his weekly swim. He's coming along to help with weight loss. It's great that he thoroughly enjoys it!!
Looking forward to seeing Wilson again for a swim tomorrow!! If you're interested in swimming your pooch, get in touch. They don't have to be unwell to have a fun swim! That being said if you do have a dog that has had an operation, hydrotherapy is great to help them recover quicker!

Here's a Brecon update. He has gained confidence over the last 5 weeks and now is swimming really well and building his strength! My only issue is that he won't get out of the pool at the end of a session!!
