The road is shut from the roundabout. Follow Gardeners lane, left into Ryedown and then left into Windwhistle. Left onto the A36 again. It looks to be emergency works as not advertised.

Ground conditions: After a rather typical Bank Holiday deluge of rain, the ground is saturated again. Mud fans only until further notice.

An Update: This past winter has been miserable, the Paws Park has been closed for most of it as we have had so much rain. Things are starting to improve, we've managed to get out on the field to do some maintenance but there's a great deal to do everywhere on the farm as I'm sure you can appreciate. New registrations - please read the "Read this first" information on our website BEFORE making a booking. Romsey Paws Park is a beautiful acre of farmland for you and your dog to enjoy. Be aware it is not a sterile, Alcatraz style field, you will need to look elsewhere for that. We are a single, independent dog exercise field, proceeds are used to help run our farm in a kind, environmentally friendly way.

As Christmas approaches we're halting new registrations for now. Existing clients welcome to book sessions as normal. New registrations open again in the New Year when the ground conditions improve. Thank you 🐾

It's definitely WELLIES & DOG TOWEL season. We've certainly had lots of rain, the grass is holding up but you will enjoy your session more if you have suitable footwear!

Thank goodness it's a bit cooler! Forecast suggests lower temperatures for a bit so it's been safe to take the grass a bit shorter. (When it's hot the longer grass helps keep the ground cooler for our 4-legged-friends.)

Evening checks - an absolute joy on days like today.

Fresh farm eggs available again. The girls have had a lovely winter rest and are laying delicious eggs again. When available they'll be just inside the barn. £1.50 per half dozen.

We've had a HUGE amount of rain. The field is muddy. You can move your existing booking to a later date via your account for free (24hrs in advance).
During this muddy spell you can also move your session at short notice - just send me an email.

Underfoot conditions update: we've had a large amount of rain, our ground drains slowly so it's wet out there.
In addition someone thought to drive into the field, they made a big mess. I've had to take the tractor out there to roll the rutts so it's more muddy near the gate. The far end of the field is not affected.
