Paris has expressive, ground-covering paces and a bold, scopey jump. He is light to ride and a gentleman to handle. Proving successful out eventing coming 2nd at Waverton Cotswold Cup and 3rd at Little Gatcombe BE 90cm - finishing on his dressage of 31. He has the scope and paces to go much further!

Injury & vice free. RoR eligible. Good to box/shoe/clip. Hacks alone and in company.

A busy few months waving horses off to their new homes and welcoming new faces!

RoR’s Vee and Noddy have settled in brilliantly to their new homes 🥰 we love hearing how they progress! Mon Ray sold to our lovely Em. Great to have them both on the yard and excited to watch their partnership grow this summer!

Breakers DJ and Pip are schooling nicely and hacking away 👏

We welcomed Paris last week. A super RoR with placings and a win eventing at 100. This lovely boy will be advertised soon! Not one to miss!!

We have managed to get a great few days out hedge hopping! Oz and Baz are on flying form 🦄

3yo ‘Alvaro’ is backed working away nicely and starting his education over fences. This c**t has the most fantastic attitude 👏

New arrival ‘Pip’ has come in to start her education. Looking forwards to working with this lovely mare 😊

4yo ‘Lady Nell’, in for pre-training, has come into work brilliantly and is showing off her talent over fences 🤩

Another new arrival, 4yo DJ, in for breaking. Such a talented chap! We can’t wait to get on board 💗

⭐️⭐️The Knot Is Tied ⭐️⭐️
9yo 16.2hh TB gelding

Noddy retired from racing at the end of the summer- injury free. He has 3 lovely paces and a bold scopey jump. Has been out trail hunting with the Ledbury proving bold over big country and a complete gentleman. Goes first or last, stands nicely and isn’t strong.

He would make a super teamchaser/hunter/hunt race horse/all-rounder for someone! A lovely chap on the ground with a sweet, willing attitude.

Good to box/shoe/clip. Hacks alone and in company. Isn’t strong or silly.

He does windsuck which doesn’t affect his appetite but is reflected in his price.

Marv retired from racing in May sound and vice free. He is RoR eligible. He has 3 balanced paces and a scopey jump. Has been on fun rides and xc schooled, proving nice and bold. He is careful over poles and fillers, he isn’t phased by change in environment. Super attitude. A real gentlemant to ride and handle.

Good to hack alone and in company. Not silly or strong - snaffle mouthed. Good to box/shoe/clip. Would make a fantastic all-rounder, team chaser, hunter for someone.

October came and went in a flash! 🎃👻

Oz and Baz finished their seasons and are enjoying a quiet few weeks before kicking on into some winter training 👏

4yos Hallie, Paris and Bobby enjoyed a jump all showing off their strength and scope 🚀

Nala has been with us for 3 weeks for schooling and is really starting to soften and find her balance 👏

Sydney came in for breaking, is riding away nicely and hacking out confidently 🤩

RoR Noddy enjoyed some sunset hedge hopping and will make someone a cracking team chaser! Advert to come 🔜

Monray has 3 lovely, correct paces and a fantastic attitude to work. Loves to jump, careful over poles and unphased by fillers. She is RoR eligible having only raced twice and proven too slow. No injuries or vices. She would make a fantastic all-rounder for someone.

Very easy to do, good in all was. Brilliant to hack alone and in company. Rides and leads. A genuine nice person. Good to box/shoe/clip.

Vee has 3 balanced and expressive paces. She loves to jump, has plenty of scope and is bold across country! Has been out unaffiliated eventing with great results. Snaffle mouthed in all 3 phases. Not bothered by change in environment. Very sensible to ride and handle.

Great to hack alone/ in company. Can ride & lead. Good in open fields. No injuries or vices. Would make a super all-rounder/eventer/teamchaser for someone. Would suit someone coming off ponies, keen amateur or someone looking to kick on up the levels. Open to any vetting.

🔥Hot Mustard🔥

Mustard finished his racing career sound and vice free in 2017 and has been with the same owner for 7 years. He has lovely balanced, active paces and a keen attitude towards his work. He has been out to unaffiliated dressage, always in the placings with lovely remarks. Would make a super RoR showing/dressage prospect.

He is great to hack alone and in company. Has no vices and is easy to manage. A true pleasure to have on the yard.

Previously underwent kissing spine surgery in Sept 2021. Has been working and performing brilliantly since.

Good to box/shoe/clip. 5* home is essential.

September has flown by for us! We have been busy working with lots of young horses, welcoming new faces and wrapping up the event season 👏

3yo Esky (Escolar x Jazz) is working away brilliantly under saddle and proving to be a serious pocket rocket 🚀

3yo Alvaro, this lovely c**t has grown in confidence under saddle over the last few weeks. He has bags of talent and the sweetest temperament 💙

3yo Beano (Bellany x Dimaggio) is backed and schooling away nicely. His attitude and paces are to die for and he also shows lots of promise over a fence! This exciting youngster is 👀 for a new 🏡

Sydney arrived last week to be backed and has taken to being sat on brilliantly! 💛

Raven arrived a few weeks ago and is trotting away confidently under saddle in the lunge pen 🤩

4yo Hallie came to us for re-breaking and is proving to be the sweetest mare. She tries so hard and we are loving working with her 🩷

Paris has been with us just over a month now for schooling and is feeling so strong in herself. This cracking mare has a fantastic attitude to work and certainly a bright future ahead 😍

Panther is a familiar face back on the yard for some schooling while Kim was away, feeling nice and balanced in himself 🐆

Babby also joined us for some schooling while Tori was away. Lots to come from this super RoR🏇

Yesterday saw us at for our last event of the season!

Rough Diamond stepped up to Intermediate with a brilliant 33 dressage - sack the jockey for the sat nav error 🫣 and jumped a super clear SJ 🚀

We got caught out at one of the combinations xc, where we needed more go that whoa! It was a tough, unforgiving track. But the feeling he gave me was epic!!! Thrilled to end this season on such an exciting note 🤩

Thank you Oz for such a mega season 💙

Razzle Basil stepped up to 100 with ease. First at on a super 27 dressage & clear SJ👏 He prefers soft ground and after the first few xc fences he didn’t feel happy underneath me, so I made the decision to save him for another day!

Today saw him at Little Gatcombe in a true battle of the elements 🌧️ What felt like a harsh 35 dressage and a near clear SJ with the jockey misreading the last fence 🤦🏻‍♀️ He then cruised around the cross country clear, picking up a few time to finish 11th in his section ⭐️

Thrilled to end his first event season on this note! Thanks Baz for being the coolest 5yo RoR♥️

RoR Basil’s 6 week schooling progress 💪 Time to get this boy in between some white boards soon I think!

Basil had a pop around Lincomb arena xc today. Just over a month into his re-training and he is proving to be a star ⭐️ The outing made even better with @jesspowell_kidsandponies and Pete joining! Brilliant to see this fab pair out together 💗

‼️Top notch hunter ‼️ 17hh+ 5yo Registered ISH Grey Gelding Standout Masters horse, having hunted in the UK & Ireland. Dennis is snaffle mouthed and very straightforward, stands at the meet, is good with hounds and will go first or last happily. He’s a brave jumper with plenty of scope, confident and easy over hedges, timber and ditches. Dennis is a super addition to any hunting yard, can carry weight but has also been ridden by small lightweight girl. He’s easy to handle on the ground with good manners. Whilst he’s mostly hunted, Dennis is also progressing well in the school and hacks alone and in company/ride and lead. No vices, open to vet. 5yo Audrey’s first time xc schooling⚡️ Such a bold mare with her ears pricked the whole time 🤩 One to watch for the future!

After several rained off outings Cassie managed to get out to Allen’s Hill for the combined training yesterday She was very excited to be out and decided to show just how excited she was in the dressage 🤪 but jumped a super double clear in the showjumping to redeem the day! Thrilled to have her feeling so well 😊

It was great to get back out schooling on grass last week with Cassie! She came out feeling so bold. Excited for this season with her ⭐️

🌟Cassie absolutely bossing her first XC school 🚀 So proud of my little pocket rocket, she tried her heart out and was so eager to go! Took a while to put my brave pants on and take her, but I am thrilled we finally did!

Nothing like coming back to a sparkly clean yard after a long hack🤩 Huge thanks to Kim Shortall for keeping the show on the road, the horses happy and the yard as tidy as ever! The boxes have all been disinfected, cobwebs gone and the majority of the horses are out enjoying the sun on their backs! 🌞 #SpringClean
