I’ve been thinking a lot lately and I’ve made the tough decision not to continue with Daisy Dukes Designs. The past few years have been amazing, but recently I just haven’t had as much time to be able to focus on DDD and this isn’t going to change anytime soon.
I want to say a massive thank you to all of my reps, past and present, the small business friends I’ve made, and of course, all of my brilliant customers!
I can’t tell you how happy it made me every time someone ordered, every time someone complimented my design, every time I saw a dog in my products…
It really has been a wonderful experience and journey, and this decision has been so difficult, but I know it’s the right one.
Everything on the website has been hugely reduced, and the first ten orders will receive an additional 10% discount with the code ‘closingdown10’.

I’m raising money for my mum and stepdad to help them pay for their dog Bosley’s operation.
He tore his right cruciate ligament in April and he’s just had an operation to fix that this week. Unfortunately he tore his other two weeks ago and needs another operation in 8 weeks, but they can't claim anything from the insurance on his next op as they class it as a "bilateral condition" and they only pay out once even though it's a different leg. The surgery that he's already had, and needs again, is TPLO (Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy) where they cut across his tibia and insert metal wear to stabilise the joint.
So far they’ve paid £4,135 and have been able to claim £1,600 back from the insurance company (£2,000 per condition minus 20% they have to pay as he's over 8 years old). The next op will be £2,814.50 which they can't claim anything for.
I’m trying to help raise as much as possible to help them! Only recently they lost their other dog Tess, and now they’re going through all of this with Bosley!
