Just to make people aware..
On taking this new grooming lounge on . I've been told by a number of clients their dogs used this salon before and their dogs got fleas.
I Can Say . WE HAVE A NO FLEA POLICY which all clients sign.
( I hate them with a passion)
If you have an appointment booked please check the dog beforehand and advise accordingly ..we can rebook another appointment after treatment.
If the dog is found to have fleas on the appointment you will still be charge for the grooming session but this will not take place and a add on surcharge will be added due to infestation and closing the salon for 24hrs to allow Sanitisation and flea bombing.
(If your not sure call the salon I will advise a quick easy look out way to found out if the dog has fleas)
My Salon is cleaned down thoroughly every night and flea bombed every week.
