New Updates for Fretia's Dog Grooming ā€“ New Contracts & Price Adjustments

As my business continues to grow, Iā€™m making some changes to help improve organisation and ensure a smooth experience for both you and your dogs.

From 5th April 2025, I will be introducing new grooming contracts for all clients. These contracts are designed to:
āœ” Clearly outline terms and expectations for both of us
āœ” Ensure a fair and consistent approach to bookings, cancellations, and payments
āœ” Help me continue providing the best possible service as my schedule gets busier

All existing clients will need to have read and signed a contract between now and April, and new clients will be required to sign one at their first appointment.

At the same time, there will be a small price adjustment of Ā£3-Ā£5 per groom, depending on breed and coat type. This reflects rising costs and ensures I can maintain high-quality service for your furry friends.

I truly appreciate your support and understanding as my business evolves, and I look forward to continuing to pamper your pups!
