**IMPORTANT UPDATE: Deposits for Appointments Starting December**
Dear Valued Customers,
I hope this message finds you well. I want to share an important update regarding my appointment booking policy.
Due to a significant loss of earnings this month from cancelled or swapped appointments, I have decided that from December onwards, I will be implementing a £15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all grooming appointments. While I have typically taken deposits during the Christmas period, this policy will now be in place year-round.
Key Details:
▪️Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment; otherwise, your slot will be cancelled.
▪️The deposit will secure your appointment time for 24 hours only.
▪️If you need to rearrange an appointment, your deposit will carry over as long as the rearrangement is made at least 48 hours before the original appointment.
▪️If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
