I was always so lucky as a child, I was never spoilt and was always taught right from wrong. But every Christmas I was surrounded by a loving family, Christmas dinner, and a visit from Father Christmas

We now have 4 children and don’t get me wrong, times can be tough, but it breaks my heart that any child should be left alone, vulnerable, and full of hope which never arrives.

This year my oldest two have sacrificed £30 each on presents, and so have the youngest two (though they don’t realise it) in order to donate to “Mission Christmas”.

I just wish that every child could experience the love, support, family, celebration, and appreciation that I did as a child.

Merry Christmas Little One, Father Christmas will be stopping by this year xx

I always remember when Kelly first came, I quickly nicknamed her ‘the skipping queen’
This is because- Kelly started skipping at home to fit in some kind of exercise around her very busy life!!
Looking back on her photos, I’m not surprised 😮 but I’m so proud of her efforts! An all round fabulous member & fantastic Coach 🙏❤️

This Christmas, Kelly is proof that taking time for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s self-care. By prioritising her health and wellness, she’s stepping (well skipping) into the holidays feeling her best, looking fabulous, and radiating confidence.

Here’s to you, Kelly and anyone else on their own journey to health and happiness. Let’s raise a glass to feeling good, looking great, and celebrating all we’ve achieved this year! 🎅✨
