Hey Everyone Happy New Year👋🏻

You may not know that I am a wellness coach at New Day Nutrition Club in Dalton, Rotherham. We would like to give local people the opportunity to have an Appointment including a free body scan in January and we currently have 14 spaces left.

It’s a really relaxed chat about your nutrition and health goals and then we do a body scan which looks at your Visceral Fat, Body Fat, Metabolic age, Bone mass, and Hydration levels (as most people are dehydrated).

It’s really interesting and quite insightful into what is going on inside your body.

Just a quick reminder that today is our last walking day of 2024 and we will be back for more crazy adventures, on Thursday 2nd January. 🗓️

We have had a brilliant year, introduced many new pooches, and once again grown the WagnBone team. Next year we will be adding some brand new services, and we have an exciting new project in the pipeline. 😁🤩
