I was lucky to join the Canine Conditioning Academy on their foundation course, which was made available as an online interactive workshop.

This amazing course is about core conditioning, correct gait and posture which keeps bones and joints in alignment, meaning that muscles are used correctly. Ticks a lot of boxes for me. 💯👍
Stanley and I were assessed by the coaches and following 2 full days, we came away with the scientifically proven “Formula 14” conditioning programme.
We've got some work to do but we are so looking forward to seeing results.
