Today's session was with Menai. Menai has recently had an eye removed and his human friend wanted to check how he is since then. Menai is adjusting brilliantly to this and he gave some information about how the operation was for him.

We spoke about other health issues and Menai had some questions of his own which his human friend was able to answer for him.

Things are changing in Menai's field and we discussed this and possible options to keep him safe and well. Menai was grateful to have an input on this.

Menai has begun his retirement and he had some suggestions about how he could stay mentally active. These were well received and his human friend is going to do some research and begin new activities with Menai to keep him engaged and fulfilled. He is not a horse who just wants to retire in a field.

This was a great session and Menai has given his human friend a fair bit of homework which they are keen to get started on. I hope you enjoy your new way of life Menai and I look forward to hearing how you are doing.

Everyone meet Jasmine. Jasmine and I spoke recently and she gave such a great amount of information.

We spoke about her health and a recent injury which she has been receiving treatment for. Jasmine was able to describe how the injury came about and this has helped her human friend to formulate a more tailored treatment plan.

Jasmine knows a lot about the healing properties of plants and we spoke at length about the plants she would like in her diet, how she can get those and how her human friend can prepare them for her.

Jasmine was very clear about her dislike of being wet and especially being bathed and we discussed why she needs to have her legs washed sometimes to help with issues with mud.

This was a great session and Jasmine passed on advice for her human as well as answering the questions she was asked. Thank you for connecting Jasmine, it was great to talk to you.

This sweetheart is Bambi. During our session we spoke about Bambi's early days and how that impacted on her body and reactions to certain things.

We discussed the behaviour Bambi displays during her seasons and how her human friends can support her at this time. She also has some other health concerns which we discussed and Bambi was able to put everyone's mind at rest.

We also got an insight into why Bambi behaves in certain ways with different dogs and understanding this will help her humans when out for a walk.

I am also thrilled that Bambi's human is joining my upcoming Introduction to Animal Communication Workshop online in early November. There are a couple of spaces still available if you would like to learn how to talk to your own animal and hear what they have to say.

Thank you so much for connecting Bambi, it was a treat.

This striking boy is Retro. During our session Retro shared some very specific information.

There is an action Retro likes to do with his mouth which I have never come across before, I relayed what Retro told me even though it was unusual. Retro's human friend was shocked because this is something he loves to do and was so clear. I love these instances during sessions because they really help to show the connection we have with the animal we are speaking to.

Retro spoke about his health and the activities he enjoys. We asked him about travelling and he was able to explain his reservations about being transported. Retro made some requests about his bridle which will be implemented immediately.

We spoke about who Retro shares his paddock with and the kind of animals he definitely wouldn't want in there, no goats please. This was another surprise as his human friend has been talking about adding goats to the family.

Thank you for such an accurate session Retro, it was wonderful to connect with you and hear about your life.

Another catch up with a regular client, this time the wonderful Teddy.

During his session we discussed his feelings about the people in his life who take care of him when his human friend is away. Those insights are so helpful when planning a trip and deciding on caregivers for our animal friends.

We also talked about Teddy's health and he made some requests that will be put in place for him.

Teddy is not always the most communicative of gentlemen and so it is helpful that his human friend prepares questions for him. This is something I ask all clients to do as it helps the session run smoothly, especially if the animal doesn't have a lot they want to say themselves.

I wonder what you would ask your own animal friend?

Thank you for connecting Teddy, it was a pleasure to talk to you as always.

***RAT UPDATE*** Many of you have asked me to let you know when there was an update about the wild rats I spoke to recently.

These rats had made a number of nests in a garden and whilst they were welcome to visit to feed, their nests were uprooting many plants and creating mounds in the garden that were unwanted. Some of the rats had also been heard in the eaves of the porch and other parts of the house.

We did a session with them and a particular, easily recognised rat came through to talk on behalf of the family. We explained the issue and asked her if the family would be willing to nest somewhere else whilst still being welcome to feed in the garden. We also requested that the ones who were exploring the house stop that immediately.

The result.........a member of the human family was walking their dog the very same day and saw one of the rats crossing the path. Rats or their droppings have never been seen here before. Was this a rat moving out? We didn't know.

A couple of weeks on and there have been no ratty footsteps heard in any part of the house and the garden plants are regenerating. No rats in the garden or elsewhere.

Thank you rat family for relocating and proving the power of Animal Communication once again.

Many of you will recognise Hamish. Hamish was the first animal I ever spoke to via a photo online when I was training. We had many sessions online after than and I even travelled to Cornwall to meet him in person (more of a thrill for me than him it has to be said!).

Hamish is now in spirit and we still continue to communicate on a regular basis and it was wonderful to connect with him recently.

His human friend wanted to check in with him and see if he had any words of wisdom, which he most certainly did. He offered advice, spoke about current situations and also gave his opinion about the local cats visiting his former home.

His personality shone through as usual and there was laughter from all of us.

Such a joy Hamish, thank you for connecting and for never losing your sass and strength.

This little cutie is now called Aura.

When we began the session she had another name, given to her by her breeder. However, her new human friend didn't think it was quite right and so we spent some of the session discussing names and allowing this sweetheart to choose. She chose Aura which is very fitting for a number of reasons.

Aura is living with other animals in the house and she told us how she feels about them and also her new surroundings. We learnt about what she enjoys and what frustrates her and all of this information will be invaluable to her human friend as Aura grows and matures.

I do love sessions where animals get to make such important life decisions such as their own name. Thank you for connecting Aura.

This beauty is Mhara. We had a great session recently discussing her life and the new things she is learning.

Mhara has an injury very early on in life and her recovery has impacted on the way she sees the world now. It was very useful for her human friend to hear about this from Mhara and get an understanding of how to help her from now on.

This beautiful girl often has energy spurts when our in the field with the other horses and this is a concern because she could hurt herself with her antics. We discussed this and came up with a solution that will hopefully provide Mhara with a safe way to expel that energy when this happens. I am looking forward to updates.

Thank you for connecting with me Mhara, I know you are going to love your forever home.
