I always feel so honoured to be asked to speak to animals in spirit and this was a particularly special session.

This beauty is Jedda and the soul connection I felt between her and her human friend was something to behold. There was so much love between them but also something else which has been built over many connections throughout each of their various lives.

Jedda brought comfort by talking about her feelings about her passing and her knowing about what else was going on undetected in her body at the time. She had a wonderfully full and happy life and brought so many lessons to her human friend. Lessons that are still put in place today.

Jedda also made a request during her session. She wanted her human friend to buy herself some flowers. Jedda was very specific that they should be cut flowers, not a plant. This was to emphasise that sometimes we all need a treat just for the beauty of it, not something functional but something we love for no other reason than it is beautiful.

I urge you all to treat yourselves in the way Jedda advises. Thank you Jedda, I will do just that too.

This adorable bundle is Poquito and she lives in Australia. She is quite young but still had plenty to share in her session.

We spoke about the things she has been learning and how her house training is going. She had some suggestions about how to make this easier for her which her human's will implement straight away.

Poquito is currently on holiday with her family and we talked about how much she is enjoying the garden at her holiday home as well as how much she enjoys her off lead time at home.

This little superstar had some questions of her own about her health and made suggestions about how she can stay fit and healthy as she grows including short walks and no jumping down from things as her bones fuse and grow.

It is so amazing the insights animals have into how to care for their own bodies and wonderful when the humans in their lives pledge to do everything possible to ensure they have the best lives possible.

This stunner is Gunner. Gunner joined me for a session recently and we spoke about a number of things.

Gunner's human friends have noticed some differences in the way he moves recently and they wanted to check in with him to see if he s=could shed any light on the issues. Gunner was very forthcoming about what was going on and how they could support him.

He also spoke about the other horses he shares his field with and how he feels about them and the hierarchy of their herd. We discussed this at length to get a better understanding of how things are for Gunner.

His stable mates were also part of the conversation and Gunner shared his irritation about another horse in a nearby stable that grinds it's teeth. Very annoying for Gunner.

This session gave Gunner's human friends a lot of information to work on and hopefully this will help Gunner in the long run.

This absolute beauty is Ally. Ally used to live with the same family as Kallie who you may have seen in a previous post. I also had the pleasure of speaking to Ally before she passed over the rainbow bridge a few months ago.

Ally was able to reassure her family that she is safe and well and running free. She also shared her love of swimming and how she is now able to do this without getting covered in green w**d which is a fond memory for her family.

Ally had a special bond with one of the family and she now visits at bedtime and puts her head on the pillow like she used to when the human was small. This was such a beautiful memory to share.

Another wonderful session with a special soul. Thank you Ally for all you shared.

This is one of the sweetest pictures I have used to work from. This is Kallie and her human friend when they were both a bit younger. Kallie has now crossed the rainbow bridge and this session was to check in with her and see how she is.

All animals I have spoken to who have crossed are always safe and well and they often have memories to share or advice to give in their sessions. Kallie was the same. She wanted to tell her family how lively it is where she is and the other animals she has come across, including dogs and ducks, but most especially the ducks!

She spoke about her passing which was a comfort for her family. She also spoke about something linked to her and Christmas which her family told me about once Kallie had mentioned it. A commemorative ornament that was planned, how lovely.

Sessions like these bring peace for all concerned and I am always humbled and honoured to be able to be the communicator involved.

Let's kick the new year off with this handsome fellow. This is Sid. Sid has been fostered by a family I have worked with several times and he is now looking for his forever home.

During our session we spoke about Sid's life before foster and also his happy go lucky outlook on life. Sid is coming to terms with home life and being around other dogs but he would be happier in a home with perhaps one other dog or even on his own.

Sid struggles around cats and hasn't had children in his life so is unfamiliar with those too. He is responding well to boundaries in most cases but does need to live with someone who has experience with rescue dogs.

Sid is currently a bit of a whirlwind but during his session he was able to express the reason for this, namely he is is feeling quite overwhelmed with the changes in his life and it is hoped he will be able to lead a calmer life as he adjusts.

This sweet girl is Lady. Lady is Ruby's mum. You might have seen Ruby on the page yesterday.

During her session Lady spoke about how much she loves her home comforts after having a different kind of life in her early years.

She asked about her other puppies and her human friend was able to let her know where they are and how they are doing.

Lady lives in an area where low flying fighter planes are a common occurrence and she really doesn't like them. We were able to discuss this and answer Lady's questions to help to put her mind at rest.

We also discussed her upcoming holiday and asked her if she fancies trying paddleboarding. She was quite keen.

Today's session was with Ruby. Ruby and I have spoken before and it is always great to reconnect. Today though we had some specific questions about a recent injury Ruby has and how it is healing. She gave us some insight into her health generally and made some suggestions about things she is eating on her walks which she find beneficial. With a little more research about these plants, we found out that they help some of the issues Ruby is experiencing.

Watching what your animal choose to eat can give huge insights into their health and give pointers as to how to support them in future.

Ruby also talked about an upcoming holiday and how much she is looking forward to getting away from the cold for a while.

She had also picked up on some things happening in the house like a recent dental visit for someone and the making of Christmas treats.

Lovely catch up with Tilly today. Tilly had an eye removed a little while ago and her human friend wanted to check in with her and find out how she is getting on.

Tilly was happy to share how she is coping and how she has adjusted to having a single eye. She also spoke about some behviour she has been displaying and how much she is enjoying her food.

There have been some tradespeople in Tilly's home recently and she shared her thoughts about that and asked some questions. She also had questions about the festive season which were interesting.

Some of you may recognise Teddy. Here he is sporting a new jacket and there is a very good reason for that.

Teddy seems to have developed an allergy and has licked his back until it is very sore. his human has sought veterinary advice and Teddy is being treated for this.

In the session, we wanted to talk to Teddy about how he is feeling and also give him some options when it comes to his treatment.

Very importantly, we also wanted to let Teddy know why he is wearing this jacket and to request his cooperation when having it put on and taken off to receive his topical treatment.

The session went well and Teddy made some requests which have been put in place for him. here's hoping his back heals quickly and normality can resume.

Tonight's session was a first. Meet Sunset the bearded dragon. I had a dragon myself years ago but that was before I was an Animal Communicator so this was a first for me.

The session worked the same as any other and Sunset was very forthcoming. We spoke about her enclosure and the things she likes in there. We talked about the time she spends out with the family and places she likes to be when she is out.

There is also the opportunity for Sunset to go to her human friend's school and be part of show and tell about the desert. We asked Sunset's thoughts about this and she had some questions before agreeing to be involved.

This was a fascinating session and so great to connect with yet another species. Thank you so much Sunset, I hope you enjoy your school trip.

Lilly and I speak regularly and the sessions are always fascinating. Lilly is very in tune with the energies of the planet and she spoke at length about that this time. She is feeling energetic shifts in the atmosphere and is alerting her human friend to this, not always at the most appropriate time.

It was full moon when Lilly and I spoke and she had some things to say about that energy too, especially reminding us to put our crystals outside if we can to charge them and cleanse them.

Lilly also talked about how humans keep healthy and how best to use the diagnostic tools we have available and how to make choices about treatment when the need arises.

Thank you for all of your insight Lilly and for involving me in the conversation too. I will follow your advice and guidance.

This amazing boy is Brucey. Brucey is a Highlander Lynx which is an American breed with curled back ears and a bob tail.

Brucey has recently chosen his family after living along the road for a while. We asked him why he has made this choice and he was very clear with his answer.

Brucey's new family have some visits to other homes planned soon to visit friends and there was the opportunity for Brucey to come too. He had some questions about travel time and being allowed outside to explore and then made his feelings known on hearing the answers to his questions.

I always enjoy having these conversations with animals where they are given choices about what is going on in their lives. Too often domestic animals are not able to have choice and that makes it all the more special when we can ask their opinion and take it into account.

This handsome boy is Nikki. Nikki lives in Moscow with Anoushka who you may have seen on the page recently.

Nikki and Anoushka have a bit of a strained relationship which we discussed with them both. Nikki is much more accepting of Anouska and her needs and takes it all in his stride.

He told us about what he does and the other cats he sees when he goes outside and also how he feels about where he has to sleep at night in the house.

There was a very important question we wanted to ask Nikki about a potential house move and Nikki was very clear about his feelings about that and the options available to him.

This was such a useful session for Nikki and Anoushka's human friend so they can make some big decisions about their future.

I had the pleasure of connecting with Anoushka recently. She lives in Moscow so it was an online session.

During the session we spoke about how she feels about the other cat she lives with and she was very clear about that. She told us details of her feelings about him and why she behaves in the way she does when he is around.

We also discussed the possibility of moving house and even country and gave Anoushka the opportunity to have her say about that too which is always very useful.

We found out about how she feels about her human companion and the way she likes to conduct herself. Yet another insightful session. Thank you Anoushka.
