This lovely lad is Chester. Chester joined me for his session from the spirit world.

We spoke about the life Chester had before he came to his most recent human friend and this life explained his relationship with food and also other dogs. It also gave us an insight into why Chester loved rainbow patterns on the wall when the sun shines through crystals.

Chester passed away very suddenly and he was able to talk about how he felt about that and reassure his human friend that he is fine where he is and also how he makes himself known when he visits.

It is such an honour to talk to animals in spirit and such a joy to meet a character like Chester. Thank you for connecting today, I hope we will speak again in future.

Many of you will recognise Tilly. We had a little check in today as her human friend has had to go a way unexpectedly for a few nights and she wanted to let Tilly know the reason for this.

Tilly is always receptive to Animal Communication and she was well aware of what was happening but also grateful for the clarification and the information about when her human friend would be home.

Sessions like this are so beneficial for all concerned as they reduce potential stress, keep our animal friends in the loop and give them the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.

I really enjoyed speaking to a different species today and Jimbob connected brilliantly. He spoke about his life including the food he really enjoys and how he feels about different toys.

When we spoke about his reactions to new toys, he had some suggestions about homemade toys he would like to try.

Jimbob has some behaviour which is confusing for his human friends. We were able to ask him about this and get a better understanding of Jimbob's thoughts around that.

As with many of the sessions I do, we spoke about health issues and a particular issue with one of Jimbob's eyes. He was able to say how this had come about and reassure his human friend about it.

This lovebug is Lyla. She hasn't had the best start in life but now has a fantastic family who are making sure they are doing all the right things to support Lyla moving forward.

Lyla wants to be an ambassador for her breed and loves meeting people and dogs in her own home. During the session we learnt more about Lyla's past and her hopes for the future which include accompanying her human friend to her work and making new doggie friends.

Lyla's sense of smell is extraordinary and she loves sniffing out new things and is interested in using this skill more productively which will be interesting for her and her human friend.

This session gave such brilliant insights into Lyla's life to this point and allowed her the space to say what she needs for the future. I am excited to hear how you get on Lyla. Enjoy your upcoming holiday with your family.

Today I had the pleasure of talking to Piccolo (known as Pickle).

Pickle has raced for most of his life and he has enjoyed his racing career. Now he has left the racetrack behind and has had a few homes since then.

We spoke about those homes and the different ways he has been ridden. The person riding him now has a great style which suits Pickle well.

He was thrilled to be consulted about his life and have the opportunity to share his thoughts including how he feels about his saddle, bridle, bit, field mates, food and how he prefers to be groomed.

He was great at sharing his thoughts and made some requests too about his feet, his field and also made it very very clear that he doesn't like to be wet. He explained that as a racer he was wet a lot, either through sweating or being hosed down and now he would prefer a dryer life.

This sleepy pup is Clive. Clive is a young dog living in quite a unique house. We asked Clive how he feels with his living situation and it was great to hear how content he is and how he feels he supports the people he lives with.

We spoke about his health and the seizures Clive has been experiencing. We talked about possible causes and Clive will no longer be having spot on flea treatment but will be moving to a natural flea and tick repellent called Billy no Mates.

As an aside, there have been correlations seen between the use of spot on flea and tick treatments for cats and dogs and an increase in seizures which have in some cases led to loss of life. Please do your research and find an alternative. Billy no Mates is great but there are others available. It could be the best thing you ever do for your animal friend.

Back to Clive. Clive loves food and it is sometimes a struggle for the people he lives with to resist giving him unhealthy treats. Through discussion with Clive it was decided that a portion of his daily food allowance could be used in treat form which would keep his weight stable and mean that people could give him a 'treat'. Great news all round.

This session has been so helpful for all concerned and I really hope some of you can take on board the lessons Clive has brought to the surface.

Everyone meet Xavier (as he is now called). At the start of the session he was called Barry but he wasn't keen on that name so after a little discussion he decided on Xavier.

Xavier has recently joined a new family and his human friend wanted to see how he was settling in and make sure he had everything he needs.

There was some discussion about his stable and also some kind of wind break in the field which was very useful to know about.

We also talked about how Xavier feels in his body and he highlighted some areas as well as giving some suggestions about what could help him. Xavier has a bodyworker who is also aware of Animal Communication and it is great to be able to work together to support animals like Xavier.

I do love sessions where we can make a big difference to the lives of animals whether that is a name change or something else.

I am loving your new name Xavier and I know you do too.

This country gent is Chance. During our session we talked about the things Chance enjoys doing with his human friends and how much he likes using his mind.

Chance has a very important job and we spoke about that at length to ensure that Chance feels ok doing what he does. Turns out he really enjoys what he does and gets a great sense of satisfaction for a job well done. This is great because he really enriches lives doing what he does.

Many animals do activities that we ask them to do but not many get the opportunity to have a say about what they are doing. This was such a wonderful session where Chance got to share his own feelings and put his human friend's mind at rest.

Many of you will recognise Tilly. Tilly had a session recently to let her know about her human friend's work plans and new schedule. Tilly was grateful for the session as it helps her prepare for the changes as well as understand why they are happening.

Tilly was able to ask her own questions and have those answered to ensure she is fully aware of what is going on and who will be seeing more of her over the coming days.

Tilly also provided an update about her life as a one eyed cat which was reassuring as she continues to grow in confidence, especially in the dark.

Beautiful Adorra joined me from the spirit world in her session to reassure her human friend that all is well.

We spoke about the hours leading up to her passing and she was able to give more information about what happened which was very comforting for her human friend.

Adorra spoke about her life as a mum and the kittens she had before her final home as well as how well she has been looked after and adored all her life.

Sessions like these are such a privilege and I am grateful to Adorra and her human friend for connecting with me and sharing so much love.

This cute baby is Luna. Luna joined me for a session so that her human friend could learn more about her and make sure they were doing everything to support Luna in her early life.

We discussed how Luna is feeling as well as her food and toys. Luna explained why she prefers the countryside to the city and we came up with some strategies to support her with a busier environment when the need arises.

Luna loves her new home and family and thrives in a high energy environment which her new family provides. She is enjoying puppy class and is highly intelligent and looking forward to other activities as she grows up.

You are going to have a wonderful life Luna, I can't wait for an update.

This lovely girl is Missy. Missy joined me for a session today and we spoke about quite a few things.

Missy has had some babies in the past and unfortunately experienced mastitis which has left her with some trauma she wanted to discuss. We were able to talk about some solutions which her human friends are going to follow up on.

Missy also showed us some areas of her body that need attention and explained why this is the case.

Many horses have had multiple homes in their lives and Missy wanted to check that she is now in her forever home. Knowing this helps animals to settle much easier and helps them feel more secure.

Missy is such a lovely horse and has a great connection with her rider, a connection which has grown during this session and will continue to go from strength to strength. I look forward to hearing about your progress Missy.

This sweetheart is Kuula. Kuula is recovering from a cruciate ligament operation and spoke about this in the session. She was able to tell us about her care at the vets and how well they nurtured her while she was there as well as how her body feels now and the effect of the anaesthetic and the pain killers.

Kuula has also been experiencing some other physical issues and we were able to discuss those and she suggested some ways to help. Kuula loves Reiki and is also very connected to crystals too. She made some requests which will be put into place straight away to support her healing. We were able to tell Kuula the timeframe for her recovery which helped her understand what is going on.

We spoke about Kuula's dislike of her current flea and tick treatment and discussed other options which she is happy about.

Such a useful session for Kuula and her human friend today. I wish you a speedy recovery Kuula so you can be out and about enjoying the fresh air you love so much.

Today's session was with Polly. Polly is such a character and shared exactly who she is with me.

She had thoughts about her former career as a driving horse and how she now feels as a ridden horse. She spoke about her human friends and how she has been instrumental in making one of her riders the horsewoman she is now.

Polly also explained how her riders can communicate with her without the use of aids or even leg or hand movements, something one of her riders is going to try tomorrow.

Polly spoke about the other horses she lives with as well as her knowing about her place in the hearts of her human friends.

Such a lovely session filled with laughter as well as wisdom. Thank you for connecting with me Polly, I look forward to hearing how the ride without aids went.

This beauty is April. April used her session to share her feelings about the activities she enjoys as well as answering a lot of questions such as what is her favourite food, her favourite colour, where she likes to go to compete or have lessons, how does her body feel, how does she feel about other horses and more.

It is amazing how animals communicate during sessions and answer all of the questions we ask them, sometimes giving a lot of additional information too. Many people are not sure what to ask their animal friend in a session but as April proved, it can be absolutely anything.

This lovely girl is Seren (meaning little star, and she really is). Seren has a new family and they wanted to use the session to get to know here better. Just this action alone has made such a huge difference to Seren because, although she has always had nice homes, she hasn't been asked her opinion before.

During the session she shared information about the things she enjoys doing and also some things she feels a little anxious about.

Seren is feeling much better now she knows she has a forever family and she is looking forward to growing alongside her new rider (pictured).

Very often it is the simplest things that can make a huge difference to our animal friends and just having the opportunity to share their thoughts can be huge.
