27th Feb at 8am and 12.30pm

I will also be running a refer a friend scheme and you’ll both be offered £10 off if you have an appointment booked in February or March. Just quote : Tadlow when booking and your friend’s name who has referred you!

The big move 🙌🏻❤️

I’ve finally got around to contacting people individually so a lot of you should have seen this post !

I’m so so excited but also nervous about this move. I have worked so hard to get to this point, from dog walking and sitting setting up back in 2015 (10 years ago!!!!), to training whilst my daughter was just 4 months old (she’s now 6 and a half !!!), to travelling to Milton Keynes every day for 3 years to then setting up on my own in my little trailer then my lovely pod. It has been a long and exciting journey, I’ve refined my craft and believe I am finally ready to put everything I’ve learnt and worked hard for together to make the loveliest, inviting, calm salon for your pups. I promise the best I can give, and I can’t wait to bring you along on this journey.

I have carefully planned every inch of the space, I will show you next week after finishing touches get done this weekend ❤️

Some more info :
Location - close to Royston, Biggleswade (retail park a short drive 😏), Baldock and surrounding villages.

Salon - focusing on a calm, open and inviting space. I will be working one to one with your dogs. There will be two tables (only one will be utilised for a couple of months) but if your dog requires one to one this will be tailored by room dividers, also appointments will still strictly be staggered to have a drop off and collection times like you do now to avoid cross overs as much as possible. I can tailor appointments for your dogs individual needs. I am trying to replicate the same set up I had in my little pod into the larger space!

High quality products - I continue to only use high quality products on your dogs, focusing on the overall health of your pet from a range of treatments such as teeth cleaning, mud packs, nail filing services etc.

Happy new year everyone !

I shared this post on Instagram for the new year a couple of days ago and have just realised it didn’t post on Facebook at the same time like it usually does 🙈

So I thought I would share my highlights of 2024 with you ✨ which include in the last photo a little preview of something big I have to celebrate for 2025 🥂

The past year has been such a big year for my little business. I have grown to the point that demand is larger than what I can supply (an amazing position to be in) and I have officially outgrown my little pod. I will be relocating to the loveliest unit by the end of this month !!! (My parents wont believe how quiet it will be without me on their drive 😂) I am going to be so busy with all the appointments booked in and the move but I can’t wait for this new adventure. I am so so proud, and hope you all join me on this new adventure! When I’m ready I will release more details but I promise my goal as ever is to create a calm, inviting, stress free experience for your dog this will never change. I can’t wait to show you more 🥰

That’s the Christmas rush completed ✔️

2024 has been a huge year for the business and I want to thank you all massively for continuing to support me especially through the growth. I feel super appreciated and have received lovely gifts and tips and support with the Christmas spa upgrades so I know I always thank personally but another thank you here too 🙏🏻

I am going to spend some precious time with my family and as ever will still be working behind the scenes too. Have a lovely Christmas and new year with your loved ones and please tag me in any of your dogs Christmas photos you take over the week I would love to share them 😍

‼️🚨 2025 brand new pricing and booking structure 🚨‼️

I have been working super hard behind the scenes to work out the best way to clearly explain the new pricing and how it will work in regard to ongoing bookings in the new year. As you all know I reduced my days to 4 days a week but I haven’t found my workload decreasing at all as the days I am working are now 10-12 hour days with no breaks. Long term this isn’t sustainable and I need to now hand over some of the workload to Sophie. I will introduce Sophie properly on another post but for now she is the owner of and she is the best of the best. I am in the process of training her and introducing her to your wonderful dogs so that in the new year she will be able to offer you grooms using the bronze package I now have available.

If you are looking to specifically book with myself only this will come under the gold package and I have limited these spaces to 60 clients (I have over 150 regular recurring clients).

Even with the bronze you will still get everything you came to The Dog Spot for. Your dogs will still have one to one attention, calm relaxed environment, the same grooming notes for styling, high quality grooming products, and groomers with a background in dog training / confident handling skills and a huge background knowledge working with dogs.

I will in the next few days be texting you all with your bronze, silver and gold pricing and I will need you to reply with which you would like to choose and then if you choose gold please remind me of what days / times you would like to book.
