So as the owner of Moore than just A groom Ltd , I am proud to support the Braintrust 10 mile run this year and my fabulous 17 year old is running on my behalf as I can't due to a health issue! However I will be there early with the air cadets to help the fab Sgt Lorraine Banks with your bacon rolls and marshalling on the day! I have also decided to offer 2 free full luxury dog grooms by raising a raffle on the day and this is including a teeth clean and any dog and any size and worth £100. Find me there early in the morning or express your interest via here. £1 a ticket and all proceeds to the Braintrust charity!

Wow.... been a busy time lately and I haven't shown all I've been up to, proud to have supported 3 lovely teenagers who want to work with animals & be groomers and love showing them the ropes. Today this happened ..... I've been helping and overseeing Rosie for a couple of months - but today I had the joy of watching her groom her first dog alone just with minimal guidance! Super proud of her!! Both born for this for sure! Well done young lady 💜🐾🐾

So here is the story about the poor dog, I've donated to - they need to pay £8k for surgeries! Can't imagine the terror the little thing or her family felt, one of my lovely clients Julie Emmerson is raising money to support this enormous vet bill! Let me know if you can help - Julie is a total dog mad lover and is a small business owner like myself, anything we can raise will be massively appreciated and please see that she is holding a raffle for fancy handbags and other things! Well I'm officially having a full weekend off from dog grooming as I'm so busy I'm working 6 days a week and have done for months!

So yes all chilled out and relaxed and then Daisy breathes in my face! 🤦🏽‍♀️

So off to the salon we go, teeth cleaned and fully groomed, her feet were grinch like and not anymore as you can see - nails cut but with her shark hairstyle ( Jenna Yardy) look how fab she is!! She is so a replica of Coco!! Xx

Just had to share these pics before I post the others this week.
This gorgeous boy is H who is a 4 year old Retreiver, he's an anxious lad and hasn't been professionally groomed due to bad experiences as a pup. Well on his first visit today, we managed to alleviate some of that, got him on the table, deshed, bathed, blueberry facial, Teeth cleaned, blow dried and smelling lovely, We have a few things to work on ....like his feet and tail, but confident I can master these, his mum was lovely and stayed to reassure him. Is nice to know you've made a little difference to their day and hopefully make the whole families lives easier in the future! Plus he wanted to come back in when let out in the garden # Good sign # Happy and proud of him! 💜🐾🐾

Ok ...... mad Sunday thoughts and I've just applied to become not just your dog groomer but a teacher and a veterinary physio and will practice from my current place. As far as I know there is only one specialist clinic in the area that does this, however I think you all know how much I love what I do - However to be able to help and rehabilitate animals would be a dream come true! Watch this space folks for sure! Just a teeny bit excited 😃🙌🏽

Well what a lovely week.... gorgeous dogs and a cat and I've been privileged to support and help two ladies, one is fully qualified but kind of lost her mojo and she's absolutely brilliant and booming again already and she will be with me every week for a while and a lovely teenager who adores animals and wants to learn! I genuinely never expected to be able to continue to help and support people in this industry but clearly I can which makes it absolutely the best job ever! Have a lovely weekend all ❤️🐾

I have had the loveliest day with this amazing lady, we both gained our qualifications via groomarts but she chose to carry on with her previous job, where as I went head first into my new life! We have laughed and shared such outstanding stories and she is absolutely incredible. Loved having her company today and we even managed a lunch break at the hoops which never ever happens when I work alone. Youve got this beautiful and what a fabulous day you've had, all positive from here now ❤️🐾
