due to the current fuel situation/stupidity I shall be booking appointments via area this means I shall book work in set a area on set days this shall be start as of next week if in need to come to you out on a day I am not in you area you will required to pay travel on top of your standard shoeing cost

Notice to all clients
No bank transfer from 1st July 2021

Due to the time spent on constant accounting I have decided to withdraw payments via bank transfer but I will be taking card payments via card machine.
This means payment for shoeing services must be via cash or card payment at the time of shoeing.
Payments not fulfilled at time of shoeing will incur a extra late payment charge.
If you wish to continue with bank transfer then prepayment is required 24hrs prior to your appointment.

*** HARD GROUND ***

The ground, certainly in my area, is currently like concrete. PLEASE think twice about jumping/cantering in fields at the moment, as it’s almost the equivalent of jumping your horses on the road. If you are struggling to keep your horses/ponies fit, and can’t use or hire an arena, then trotting steadily up hills out hacking is a great alternative. Or just lots of hacking in walk to keep them ticking over until we get some much needed rain!
I’ve seen horses this week who are simply jarred up/foot sore from being turned out on this hard ground, so try not to add to the concussion by making them work on the rock hard ground....
