🐾We want to give a warm welcome to Vivi 🐾🐶

We have had a couple of walks with Vivi and she is an absolute delight. She is an absolute darling who we can not fault. She absolutely loves being able to stop and sniff anything and everything as well as being able to give us a nudge when we are going too slow for her.

Dates for Annual Leave 2025!

As much as we love being able to help take care and support you with your pets we do have to take time off to be able to spend time with our own pets.

The dates below are when we will be unavailable for services and not checking our messages.

~August: 14th- 17th

~October: 10th- 12th

~December: 24th, 25th, 26th & 31st

Signing off 2024!

What a year it has been. I want to start off by saying a massive THANK YOU to each and everyone one of you!! Whether you have used our services or you interact with our post it hasn't gone unappreciated.

We can not believe that is has been a year since we made the jump to become a full time dog walk/ pet sitter. This has been probably one of the best years we could have asked for. We have loved waking up and wondering what the day brings. It has always brought us such joy when we've been greeted by such happy faces and wagging tails.

Here is to 2025 and the adventures and memories it brings!

Please note that due to the snow and cold weather, some walks will be changed to drop in. This is so you best friend can’t stay safe and warm.

When considering walking your dog in cold weather, there’s a pretty simple rule to live by – if it’s too cold for you, it’s too cold for your dog.

But like humans, every dog is different. Where some dogs seem to be made for snow and wet weather, others can struggle in even the slightest of chills. The vet experts at Joii have given some guidelines to help you decide if you should brave the elements or stay in the warmth.

Just looking at the temperature on the thermometer (or if you’re like us, on your phone’s weather app) isn’t enough, you also need to take into account wind chill, wet conditions (rain or damp ground) and how sunny the day is. If in doubt, keep your walk short or skip it all together if your dog can toilet in the garden instead.

We have had the pleasure of walking this lively young lady recently. She is full of life and as bouncy as Cockerpoo's come. She made so much progress on her walks and we look forward to our future adventures.

Sir Arnold is probably one of the best biscuits makers we have had the pleasure of looking after. He is so gentle and such a happy boy looking after him brings us such delight.

We have had to pleasure of dropping in on Snoopy a few times now. He is always so excited to see us and is always down for belly rubs and stealing our shoes.

We look forward to see him grow and watching how he will cause mischief next.

It’s crazy how time flies!

This day, 4 years ago I had officially adopted my Husky! I can still remember the conversations with Dogs Trust leading up to the initial meeting with her. I can remember going on the 121 walk with her and when it was time for me go, she looked back at me as to say ‘take me with you'. I can even remember the moment she leapt into the back seat of the car!

I wouldn’t change the experience or my baby girl for anything. She has come along way in 4 years and she settled into the family so quickly.

Having a rescue dog is never easy as you never know their full background. I’m grateful for the lessons and laughs she has given and will continue to give me. I knew it would be a difficult journey with her but to reminisce about how far she has come is such a reward.

You might of seen him make an appearance in a couple of post however this is his official welcome. He is always such a happy chappy when we get to see him. We absolutely love seeing his tail wag 100 mph.
