These guys are getting harder to come by so we are super thrilled to have the tiniest babies and some slightly larger babies too!

These guys need BIG tanks as they become adults however the babies are about 3-4cm right now! (Think they’d get lost in a 6 foot)🤣

These really are like buying a puppy. Friendly and charismatic! Whilst when little they can’t be kept in smaller sized aquaria please ensure you plan for the inevitable big future!

It’s with a heavy heart that I write this.

Yesterday, Gayatri Reksodihardjo Lilley sadly passed away.

Most of you may never have heard her name, but it’s one you should know - and even now, it’s one I’m proud to tell you about.

Gayatri was the founder of LINI, a charitable organisation incredibly close to our hearts and to the very foundation of our passion. Working hand in hand with local communities, LINI’s guiding principle has always been sustainability - finding a genuine, harmonious balance between conservation and socio-economic development in coastal regions across Indonesia.

Their work reaches far and wide: collaborating with local fishers, navigating community dynamics, rebuilding damaged reefs, supporting ocean management, guiding eco-labelling certification, and helping to build sustainable, long-term livelihoods for communities throughout Indonesia.

But beyond the work - beyond the impact, the science, the progress - there was Gayatri herself.

She was one of the warmest people I have ever met. Always smiling. Always caring. Always kind. A person whose presence made the world a little lighter, and whose heart made the reefkeeping community a little better.

Today, our industry feels dimmed. A shadow has been cast over it.

You may not have known her name before today, but you’ve felt the impact of her work in nearly every corner of our hobby.

It’s a name you should know now.

Apologies there seems to be a few concerns we haven’t been posting as many marine photos, we have unfortunately just been very busy in store!

Lots of new frags have been made this last couple of weeks with Darren and Izzy both busy in the band saw. A big TMC top up and a couple of imports so loads of new bits in we just haven’t had time recently to show all the new bits! Several imports next week are also arriving so it’s getting exciting as marine season really is in full swing 😎
