In light of the recent news regarding our lovable XL bully breed, I will be offering completely free muzzle/lead handling sessions every Sunday for the foreseeable.

The reality of these uneducated dictators slapping a breed ban is looking somewhat foggy but let’s not take it lightly, let’s take every step we can to protect our babies and show that we are responsible dog owners.

You will need to provide your own muzzle and live either within 5 miles of Rugeley or be willing to travel to me for your session.

I am now once again available on call 24/7 (30mins arrival time from initial contact)

This is to raise money for a subject that has had a first hand impact on our lives with Brooklyn being a gbs baby.

The incredible lack of understanding/ research surrounding this awful infection and the life long impact it can have on the child and the family is shocking! If I can prevent even 1 family from having to experience what we did then I will be happy!

Hi everyone, sorry the page has been quiet for some time! I have been away to have my baby boy. 🥰

I am now returning on limited hours!!

Fully insured, k9 first aid trained,large breed specialist.

12 available slots across Saturday and Sunday for walking, these will be booked on a first come first served basis so please do get Intouch quickly.
As always this is a single household only slot, 1 hour from when we arrive at our walk destination.
£15.00 for 1 dog
An additional £3.00 per dog for any additional dogs within the household.

I am also available for:
morning and noon 30 minute welfare checks Monday to Friday £8.00 or £10.00 out of area
Nail clippings (evening slots only) £10.00

Following weather assessments for this week going forward all walks are cancelled! Even early in the morning temperatures are set to rise above 20 degrees, massively sorry for any inconvenience caused but here at lonelyAkers we will not put a price on life. The risks of walking in these insane temperatures is incredibly high and not one we are willing to take!

Please keep your trekkers safe this week, cool, hydrated and most importantly out if the sun.

If for any reason we get a suddern turn around in temperatures then we will re asses and update accordingly.

***IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT***

Due to the extremely high temperatures forecast this week I have made the sensible decision in cancelling all walks booked in for this week. This is not a decision that has come easily but it is deffinatley best for our k9 pals! And detrimental to keeping them safe. It would be crazy for me to continue with 90%of my walks featuring large breeds, and my insurance invalidating once the temperature hits 20 degrees. I am deeply apologetic for any inconvenience caused however I am confident you will all agree with keeping them safe!

Please do message with any queries, or for any advice surrounding our k9 pals safety and comfort within this time of tropic temperatures!!

A new fully insured service operating within rugeley and surrounding areas.
All breeds and all ages welcome!
Here at lonely Akers we provide solitary trekks only, for quality 1 on 1 time with our K9 buddies.
**STRICTLY NO MULTIPLE HOUSEHOLD GROUP TREKKS **
Minimum trek time is 1hour. This is 1hour of solid trekking, not including pick up and drop off time, our clocks start from when we arrive at the trek start location and finish when we return to the car! Reassuring you that your K9 companions are having a truly lengthy and enjoyable trekking experience.

Offering both rural and urban treks depending on preference of you owners! Everything we do is tailored around your desired arrangement.
Fancy joining us to check in on your pooches progress? We have no objection!
Track all of our walks, recieve regular progress reports and picture updates during our trekking journey. Valued communication and sharing vital companion information are a massive part in what we pride ourselves on!
