ONE ASSISTED LIVERY SPACE available for a gelding only! No bigger than 15 hands, to share a paddock with one other gelding.

If you would like to be on a small, Safe friendly livery yard with your horsey best friend with amazing facilities we have the unusual opportunity of a stable available now!
Everything is properly maintained. Fencing is post and rail and electric fencing.
Hard core by gates, no mud tracks to get to paddocks!
Beautiful 20x60 regularly graded flood lite school with lots of jumps and poles and lots of availability!
Heated Coffee room and toilet. Secured gates onto road.
Space for trailers etc Lovely no drama atmosphere with a great bunch of liveries.
Money and time is reinvested back into the yard making sure everything is properly maintained! And reducing chances of unnecessary vet bills! No hidden costs! All extra services available by me the Yard Owner to a high standard! I am a BHS Accredited and UKCC2 Coach.
I live on site and care a lot and keep a good eye on the horses!
Horses have summer and winter paddocks, plus we have five hard standing/matted corals.
We supply good quality hay. Have local hacking and a track to ride around or long rein on site. And only 10 mins drive from the Chase!
