Busy at Apple Tree Livery Equestrian Centre we have seeded, rolled and spread fertiliser, jet washed corals and courtyard and half way through painting the jumps and poles 😊 hopefully all horses will be out at night in a week on the summer paddocks 😊

ASSISTED DIY PONY STABLE AVAILABLE

Due to a pony leaving to be a companion pony I have one pony stable available on our quiet and peaceful courtyard to suit pony between 13/14 hands max.

(15 minutes from Lichfield)
We are a happy, friendly yard with only six stables! Lovely bunch of liveries here.
Shared Tack room.
Individual paddocks. Winter and summer paddocks.
The paddocks are maintained well, seeding, fertilising, lime when needed etc so grass quality is really good saving on hay!
Extra services when required so peace of mind if you are on holiday or sick.
All weather walkways and hard standing by the gates.
Good quality post and rail and electric fenced paddocks. Allowing small sections electrified off if horse on box rest! So very accommodating to horses needs. Fields are rolled regularly so less chance of injuries and vet bills.
Fabulous combi ride surface 20x60 school with a great set of jumps and poles. Full set of proper school lights for winter at no extra cost. Loads of availability in school as only a small yard with a big school.
Nice clean toilet and coffee room with tea and coffee always available foc.
Good local hacking and 10 minutes drive to the Chase.
Easy drive to all shows.
Cameras and flood lighting on site.
Owners live on site which is great for security and also if you are worried about your horse I do regular checks (not unheard of to walk a horse with colic at 8.00pm in my pjs 😊) so lots of support from me! I really care about the horses on my yard.
Any maintenance or yard help usually happens same day!
Lorry and trailer parking available for a reasonable price.
Regular clinics by local qualified instructors or myself.

Bring on winter! Almost ready for moving horses onto winter paddocks. Poor Del had a very long list, more water tanks, extending smaller paddocks, and the sheep have been busy eating down the fronts of all paddocks so they don’t go out onto long grass, but we have got a lot of standing grass to eat through the winter to keep hay costs down. I’m a happy yard owner 😊
