We are so grateful for each and every one of you and we can’t wait for our new journey this year!

My name is Megan and I’m so excited for this new journey! I have 8 years of experience in different salons in Widnes, Liverpool and Warrington!
I love dog grooming and couldn’t imagine doing anything else!🥰

REFER A FRIEND!
We’re introducing a refer a friend scheme!
Every friend you refer you will get a 15% discount off your next visit!
You MUST of visited us for a bath or a groom. Your friend MUST attend their grooming appointment in order for you to get your 15% off voucher.
When your friend comes we will need YOUR contact number, dog’s name and breed.
Your friend gets 10% on their first visit with us too😊
There is also no limit on how many friends you want to refer! Refer 1 or 100 you will get a discount every time!
You can only use 1 discount per groom but we will make note for future grooms😊

Our 2nd to last announcement is…
20% off after 5 visits!
We are making stamp cards on our system so we can keep count of all your visits!
After 5 visits there will automatically be a 20% discount on your 6th.
If it’s 5 baths you will get 20% off your 6th bath
If it’s 5 grooms you will get 20% off your 6th groom.
After your 20% off visit you will have to visit us 5 times again to get your next voucher!

Please note that we can’t accept the refer a friend 15% off and 6th visit 20% off on the same visit at this moment in time🐾

Our last announcement is…
We will be doing a couple of give always this year! This can be anything from a bottle of doggy perfume or toys to a free groom with us! They will be online or in person so keep an eye out on our pages or in salon!

For every visit you pay us, every review you leave, every gift we receive (sometimes it’s just your pets💩) we love every day of it and can’t wait to dive into this new year with you!

After a very busy Christmas rush we are happy to sit down during this break and get ready for the new year😊

We have some exciting news coming up for the new year that we can’t wait to share with you so keep an eye out for any updates!

We do have lovely pictures of some of your furry friends also but unfortunately the phone with them on has broken so they will be coming as soon as it’s fixed

Really sad to have to even write this. But due to a high amount of no shows or last minute cancellations we are going to have to take a deposit for every booking made from now on.
We have been very relaxed with it recently but unfortunately this has had a detrimental impact to us as a small business.

Deposits can be rolled over to future appointments to keep them secure as a lot already do.
And we only ask for 24hr notice for a cancellation which is very reasonable also a confirmation text comes through at this time (please note that it is from an automated number by our booking system that isn’t contactable so we will need to be notified via text, call or message)
