A few weeks ago, we rescued an ex race dog.
Everyone meet Dougie the 7 year old Greyhound
🩵 Our gentle giant 🩵
Doug came to the shelter back in August under a police investigation along with 8 other greyhounds. All of them were in dreadful condition.
After having a vet check, Doug has old, untreated injuries such as broken ribs, toes, leg injuries etc. His skin and fur was flaking away when we got him
