I am posting this just to remind everyone of my new cancellation & no show policy, due to having a few people not showing up to their appointments.

I know sometimes things can’t be helped, but if you can’t make your appointment please give me a message. This is my only source of income, so when I have a missed appointment I am out of pocket. It also means that another dog has missed out on having that appointment and having to book for a later day.

I know this doesn’t happen all the time, and I’d like to thank everyone that does follow this, but I just wanted to make everyone aware of my policy.
