Information for our grooming clients:

📢 Important Update for Our Wonderful Clients

First and foremost, thank you all for your continued support and kindness. When we introduced deposits for our cat clients last year, we were met with nothing but understanding and positive feedback and we are truly grateful.

To keep our business running smoothly and to continue offering the highest level of care, we will now be introducing deposits for all grooming clients. As an appointment-based service, no-shows and late cancellations have a significant impact on our team and our schedule. Sadly, due to the rising number of missed appointments this year, this change has become necessary.

🔸 Deposit Details
• A £25 non-refundable deposit will be required for all bookings.
• Deposits are refundable/transferable only with 48 hours’ notice.
• If you need to change your appointment, we kindly ask for the same 48-hour notice to allow us time to fill the slot.
• This will come into effect January 2026. Any appointments already booked for that month will not be affected, though a deposit will be required on file going forward.

🔸 How Deposits Work
• Your deposit can be deducted from the cost of your groom on the day
or
• You’re welcome to keep a rolling deposit on your account for ease of rebooking.
• For clients wishing to block-book 6 months of appointments, we will require one deposit on file before scheduling.

Thank you all for your understanding, loyalty and continued support. These steps help us protect our time, our team and the quality of service we provide to every pet who walks through our doors. 🐾💗

We're so excited to support Cats Protection again this year, and we'd love your help! Raffle tickets are £5 each, and you can buy them either over the phone or when you visit us in practice. As always, the raffle will be drawn live on Facebook on Christmas Eve, with Charly's children doing the honours.
