Bouncy bouncy round Denbigh green today!
Pippas first time here and she was a little champ! Was so good to see her confidence grow!
Fab jump session with Chris today. We spent the lesson on getting Pippa to sit and steady instead of running at fences 😅 she’s a quick learner and soon had her bouncy canter coming into fences and some tighter turns! So we finished with some bigger fences! She’s doing well for a young mare lots of potential for this duo!
It’s been a busy couple of months with my gang! Finally getting round to displaying all the wonderful rosettes and sashes!!
Few shows I’ve not posted about so will catch up on social media in the coming days!
My lovely own mare Sadie at her first jump clinic and her 4th jump under saddle! Nice and small to build her confidence and allow her to figure her legs out! She was super and loved every minute!
Not fussed on stirrups and slowly allowing his head to relax and stretch on his own decision.
Arabs aren’t always ones for a low head carriage being a naturally high carriage but it’s in there and he does show some natural relaxed carriage at times 🥰
Proud of echo today! First walk around the stable with a rider and was completely unaided!
Lovely to see him relaxed enough to eat his hay while I’m on board 🥰 did a lovely relaxed lunge today with stirrups flapping! Won’t be long and we’ll be doing it all in the school!
Always do step by step in both areas especially with the more sensitive horses 🙈
Big achievement for echo today!
Being sat on without a holder, quietly and relaxed we did show some licking a chewing!
However my foot is scary 😂 I’m also very proud of how he over came the fright!
Slow and steady wins the race! It may take months but one day we’ll reach the finish line!
3rd ride under saddle!
When first canters go abit like this 🤩 oh I love this mare 🙈 an exciting career in the endurance tracks!
Lovely feeling Ace is giving me now he’s fitted with his new saddle! 🤩 this endurance horse is definitely my next dressage boy 🤪
Loading practice with mr ricky today! He’s only 2 so our sessions are short and targeted at specifics today was trailering! Taking it all in his stride!
He can be a little cheeky on the ground so we use the control head collar while he’s going through his little faze! Thankfully this is only used for specific training now he’s developing his manners and respect for the leader 🥰
Lovely afternoon at HR with my regular client and her 2 handsome boys!
Trailer loading training for 2 year old ricky and Leo being a dude and showing off! Not bad for 21! 🤪
