This Christmas, treat your pooch (or a friend’s!) to something special while supporting a wonderful cause. We’ve put together a fabulous doggy hamper packed with amazing goodies, and all proceeds will go to support the cancer ward at Glan Clwyd Hospital.

My cancellation policy is in place to protect me as a small business. While I understand that unexpected situations can arise, last-minute cancellations can have a significant impact on my business.
When a client cancels without sufficient notice, I lose the opportunity to fill that time with another booking, which directly affects my income. Unlike larger companies, I don’t have the resources to absorb these losses, so this policy helps ensure that my time and efforts are respected, allowing me to continue offering quality services.

Meet the gorgeous Izzy 🫶🏻

I have groomed Izzy for a number of years now, and as she has gotten older, we’ve adapted her grooms to keep her happy and comfortable.

To avoid her standing for too long, I encourage her to lie down and relax during her bath—and just look at that face. She absolutely loves it!

Don’t worry about bringing your elderly dogs to the groomers. The right groomer will be experienced and know the tips and tricks to help your dog feel relaxed and comfortable.

I’m sure many of you already know, but Hot Dogs has now moved from Unit 6 to Unit 10 (the building across the road).

After seven amazing years at Unit 6, we’re on a mission to make Hot Dogs even bigger and better for ourselves, you, and most importantly, your fur babies.

Please bear with us regarding the look of the salon while we work on it. We have big plans, but we also have very full diaries.

I, Lucy, want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has offered and helped out during the move, especially my amazing mum, Vicky Keeley, Dad, Phil Keeley, my wonderful boyfriend, Harry Lennon, and friends Anna Jones and Ky. The support has been overwhelming, and I’m very grateful.

I promise to make a salon your dogs deserve and continue to provide five-star service.
