Hello to all of our customers. We are Steve & Claire Hannon and together with our two young children, we have moved here from Surrey for a complete change of lifestyle!
We have met some of you already and hope to meet many more of you over the next coming months with a really busy summer ahead. Looking forward to our future in Broad Oak!!

After 11 years we are leaving Kennel and Cattery life and moving on to pastures new. It has been a great experience, we’ve had our ups and downs but mostly ups and we will miss the lovely pets we have cared for during our time here and their owners too. We are handing over both the Kennels and Cattery to a lovely couple, Claire & Steve who are looking forward to continuing what has been a hugely successful venture. We would like to thank everyone for their support over the years and wish the new owners an equally happy career in pet boarding.

Our beloved Queen has passed away. We like to think of her being reunited with her soul mate Prince Philip and all her wonderful pets over the rainbow bridge 🌈

This is Nala. She is about 14 months old. Nala loves people and is fine with cats and other dogs. However, she has had a serious clash of personalities with the dog that she has lived with for the last year. Her owner has had to make the sad decision to find a new home for her. If you want to provide a new forever home for Nala, please contact us at the kennels. The photo makes her look bigger than she is. She is about the size of a small Labrador, perhaps 20kg.

We have had calls and messages from customers to ask how their pets are after todays winds. All are safe and well and have been constantly checked throughout the day. No damage to the buildings of the kennels and cattery, a few fence panels lost and 2 trees. All is well....Thankfully.

Merry Christmas to all our lovely loyal customers who have kept us going through the pandemic. This Christmas is much busier than last with both the kennels and cattery fully booked, last Christmas was a different story entirely. Very grateful to still be here doing the job we love ❤️ 🐾

THE POSITION WILL BE FOR 2 MORNINGS PER WEEK, INCLUDING ONE WEEKEND MORNING. THE HOURS WILL BE 8.00AM - 12.00 PM WITH ADDITIONAL OVERTIME REQUIRED DURING PEAK TIMES AND TO COVER STAFF HOLIDAYS.
AN OFQUAL RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION IN ANIMAL MANAGEMENT AT LEVEL 2/3 WOULD BE DESIRABLE BUT ABOVE ALL, YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH DOGS, THE ABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE AND BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD.
