🐕🐶🐾December appointments!
The diary is completely full for December, there is no wiggle room at all, so if you have a groom booked in December and you need to cancel it and dont leave me enough time to fill it(24hours at least) then you will need to pay the FULL groom price as i shouldnt have to lose out. Going forward this is the policy for all cancellations. I have always been very understanding but that has cost me alot of money, when you cancel so close to the appt time it leaves me with an empty slot and no pay...people cant always fill the slot so short notice so that is not always an option. Please understand that every groom adds up to a wage, every appt i put on is my income, i also have outgoings and my assistant to pay, its not just a hobby although i am lucky to do a job i love, please have some respect for self employed people. Thank you🐕🐶🐾
