Happy hounds dog walking We provide friendly dog walking & pop in services in the areas of St Agnes, Blackwater & Truro. then that isn't a problem either.

Hi we're a dog walking and pop in service, does your dog need to be walked on his/her own? or do you have an aggressive dog so he/she needs their own space out on walks? Prices £12 per dog per hour or if two dogs from the same family then the second dog will be £6 an hour on top, so would be £18 an hour for two dogs. Got a puppy and need someone to look after him/her while you're at work?

Please make sure you're using the right muzzle for the situation. There are basket muzzle's which are for when you're exercising a dog, they're made so the dog can pant/ breathe and drink with it on. Then you can get a fabric muzzle this is for visits to the vets/ groomers, please do not use them while exercising the dog because they cannot open their mouth to pant or drink with it on so are to be used for short period of time. The first picture is the basket muzzle and then second picture is the fabric muzzle, make sure you get the right size.

Why muzzle a dog?
🔸 To stop them from eating gross things from the ground.
🔸 They don't like other people or dogs getting too close.
🔸 They play too rough with other dogs.
🔸 They get scared easily and redirect the stress with biting whatever is closest.

What to do around muzzles dogs?
🔸 Give them space.
🔸 Respect that the owner is working hard on solving a problem and let them focus on that.
🔸 If they are trying to actively avoid you/your dog, help them to do so.
What not to do around a muzzled dog?
🔸 Don't go up to them, stare at the dog or pet the dog without invitation. They might be working on human reactivity even if the dog looks friendly.
🔸 Don't assume it's a traumatized or vicious dog. You never know.
🔸 Don't let your leashed or off leash dog up to them without invitation. If you see a muzzled dog, leash yours/. You might know that you can call your dog back but they don't. Make them feel safe.
🔸 Don't judge the person or comment with your opinion on muzzles. See them as a responsible owner who is taking all the necessary precautions to protect other dogs/people while providing the best life possible for their dog.

Thank you everyone for being understanding about my car issues the last couple of weeks. I now have a new car and it’s got a bigger boot so more room for the dogs 🙂.

Hi everyone.

I have injured my MCL in my knee. I’ve been told by the doctor I’m not really allowed to drive , only walk where it’s flat and to not walk very far and rest. So I’m having to have help, please be patient with me.

Our Story

Hi we're a dog walking and pet sitting service, we offer house sitting so your dogs don’t have to move anywhere and can stay in their own environment. We also do visits to smaller animals like rabbits, cats and others, I wont’t do snakes or spiders. I have a qualification in animal care level 2 diploma, based in St.Agnes and will travel about 10 miles. Does your dog need to be walked on his/her own? or do you have an aggressive dog so he/she needs their own space out on walks? then that isn't a problem either. Prices £10 per dog per hour or if two dogs from the same family then the second dog will be £5 an hour on top, so would be £15 an hour for two dogs. I can offer half an hour walks if an hour is too much for your dog. All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations and the owner must have proof of this to show us, got a puppy and need someone to look after him/her while you're at work? him/her will have two border collies to play with and they love playing with puppies.
