A dog walkers poem

Out into the winters cold I go.
Teeth chattering and feeling like I have ice blocks on each toe.
Into the woods to find some friends to meet.
Walking fast to raise my body heat.
It's beautiful here no matter how cold .
Leaves falling to the ground in all shades of reds, browns and gold.
Walking along reminiscing about the warm summer sun.
The dogs running around and having such fun.
Still walking quickly but now feeling quite warm .
With just a little whistle all your charges to your side swarm.
The hour is coming to an end so you're heading back to the car .
With Each dog on lead you are thanking your lucky star.
