Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️. Bodhi was a bit of a shaggy dog story, muddy, wet, a few knots here and there and just in need of a bit of a freshen up. Now he can see where he’s going, is beautifully neat, soft and smells amazing, all ready for his Mummy and her visitors from Oz! I think it’ll be hard for anyone to resist Bodhi now 😍

Transformation Tuesday, just look at gorgeous little Teddy strutting his stuff after a good haircut. He’s such a gentle and placid little boy, an absolute pleasure to spend time with 😍

What a difference a couple of weeks and a groom can make! My beautiful girl Bramble had quite an invasive operation just over two weeks ago, approaching the age of 13 I was very worried about putting her through the surgery. But here we are 2 and a half weeks later having been given the all clear on Monday! She’s been freshened up (the cone of shame led to quite a sweaty head and neck!) and looks like a puppy dog again. The difference the operation has made to her already is incredible and now she is looking and feeling like her old self too (don’t worry she will have a little jumper on whilst it’s still chilly)! 😍

I am heartbroken to share the news that darling Daisy crossed the rainbow bridge earlier today. Daisy was a real character, she loved snoozing, cuddles and treats as well as her many holidays and adventures with her humans and her best friend Winnie. Daisy was a champion snorer, she was amazing at making a comfy bed, the fastest treat eater in the South West and the sweetest, gentlest little girl you could meet. She was always very laid back with a happy wagging tail but also had a little stubborn streak too when she didn’t want her tail brushing! Daisy was so very loved and although she’s been poorly in recent months she took it all in her stride. I know her family are utterly heartbroken and I want to send them all of my love especially little Winnie who will be feeling lost without Daisy by her side. Daisy you have left paw prints in all of our hearts, run free beautiful girl, 🐾🌈

After a lovely first week back in the salon receiving the news that Pip had crossed the rainbow bridge came as such a shock. Pip was such a character, a real hard as nails little girl with the softest heart of gold. She never lost her puppy like nature or her beautiful looks and was always bouncing around and full of mischief. She had the most beautiful, expressive eyes with a real twinkle and her beard could tell a million stories of muddy puddles and sandy beach adventures. She loved her special treats and lots of fuss but never missed a trick and wanted to be exploring and on the go as much as she could! She was like a little terrier with her keen sense of smell, her cheeky smile and her sass! The last time I groomed her she hadn’t lost any of her charm or sparkle which is why it’s been such a shock to hear of her passing. I don’t think it’s ever easy to say goodbye and I know Pip, with the support of her gorgeous Mummy, really fought but sadly the battle was just too great. Pip I will never forget you and I want to send all of my love to your Mummy and family who loved you so dearly and are broken hearted. You have left paw prints in all of our hearts my darling, rest in peace dear Pip ❤️🐾 🌈

As we ring in the new year I want to say a massive thank you to each and every single one of you for continuing to choose Paws of Paw to pamper your best four legged friends. I feel extremely privileged to have such wonderful clients and am so very grateful to you all.
I would also like to take a moment to reflect on those who have gone to the rainbow bridge in 2024. Tonight I will be lighting my candle in loving memory of Lulu, Woody, Ralph, Millie, Tilly, Oscar, Mr Biggs and Chunk, all of whom have forever left paw prints in our hearts ♥️

Just wanted to take the opportunity to wish all of my wonderful two and four legged friends a very Merry Christmas. Thank you so very much for continuing to choose Paws of Par and for keeping me busy doing what I LOVE. You are all amazing and I’m so very grateful. Also thank you for the cards, gifts and Christmas wishes I’ve received over the last few weeks, it’s very kind of you all and much appreciated.
