Our terms & conditions

Please be aware our No-Show policy will occur a fee of the total groom amount missed. We are having to enforce this charge as we have an increased amount of missed appointments every week. We are a small business trying to provide a a service and if we have a “few” missed appointments it has a big effect. We currently run 12+ weeks in advance so if an appointment is missed without notice not only can we not fill that gap but also we can not fit your dog in for their scheduled period which will then effect their coats condition and the amount of time it will require on the next groom, this then effects us financially again. We’re trying to make it fair for each and every customer.

No-Shows will occur a full groom fee charge
-48hrs notice 75% groom charge ( as we have a cancellation list we could possibly fill the missed appointment which would then not occur a fee as the slot wasn’t “wasted”

Each groom cost may vary due to the time between appointments and the condition of the coat

We are now going DIGITAL so every customer will receive a text of their next booked appointment, 1 week before a text to confirm or reschedule their appointment and then again a reminder text 2days before their appointment. We hope this will also help our customers and prevent charges being applied. Thank you Vanity Fur
