One massive final thank you to everyone!
I know, these goodbyes seem to go on forever!

We never expected to be as overwhelmed with such amazing, beautiful and thoughtful gifts from you all.
It was always our pleasure to be part of your dogs lives, and to receive these presents was just the cherry on the top of what was already the biggest and most beautiful cake we ever could have imagined.

We will fondly remember all of your dogs when we are eating and drinking our chocolates and alcohol (you know us TOO well) and the amazing pictures, and memories you’ve given us from your dogs will definitely be taking pride of place!

Please, please, PLEASE do stay in touch! Keep us updated of what your dogs have been doing, they’ve been way to bigger part of our lives for us.

We wish each and everyone of you many more years of happiness, cuddles and love with your dogs!

But for now, it’s goodbye Saint Columb Dog Creche! What a journey you have given us!

What on earth are we going to do on Monday morning without our regular gang!

It still doesn’t quite feel real, that on Monday morning for the first time in 6 years, we won’t set off on our morning route, collecting our regular pups and starting another week of walks with our amazing pups.

Each and every single dog we have walked has stolen a piece of our hearts! We will always be eternally grateful that you chose us to be those special people who had the opportunity to open our hearts and let your dogs in.
We have so many cuddles, licks and the odd bark here and there to keep us entertained, but we wouldn’t have missed a single day of everything your pups gave us through our journey.

It’s going to feel very VERY strange on Monday!

We really hope that your beautiful pups continue to have the most amazing life with their new doggy parents on their walks.
Our lives will not be the same without them.

When you’re trying to find the words to say, but nothing ever seems enough……

What a journey it has been! 6 years of our lives have passed, and we have had the pleasure, privilege and honour to be chosen to look after your dogs when we offered our home boarding service!
As some of you will know, we officially closed our doors on Saint Columb Dog Creche yesterday, Friday 20th September 2024.

It’s been emotional, it’s been fun, it’s been full of laughter, but ultimately it has always been about you and your pups!
Without you, none of this would have been possible for us.

We want you all to know that your pups will forever be in our hearts, we will miss you all so so much.

Thank you doesn’t seem enough, but we really do mean it, so THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for making our business what it was.

Sadly we received the devastating news that one of our beloved very special pups has sadly crossed rainbow bridge 🌈 🌉

This magical boy always defied his years, was so loving, so energetic and no matter what; always brought a smile to our faces.

We know he will leave a massive hole in so many hearts, but we hope the memories he created with us all live on forever.

Zoomies and woodland walks from last week. Apologies to those we had to cancel Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and huge thank yous for your understanding. We had to admit defeat with Boardmasters and the traffic. We will resume our walks on Tuesday, once the hoardes have departed on Monday 😩

Luxury home boarding & day care

As dog owners ourselves, we understand exactly how important your dog is to your family and we understand that leaving them at times whether its for work, a medical appointment, or you simply feel you need some "human time" can be stressful for you and pooch. Leaving them at home can now be a thing of the past with our new fully licensed and fully insured Dog Creche.

We are here to support you and take away all of those stressful times, whether you feel our services are suitable for one off situations or something long term, we can cater for your needs. With a complete array of activities available including physical and mental stimulation, treat based games and rewards, walks, socialisation with other dogs and some much needed rest times. During your dogs rest time, they will be treated to soft soothing music, comfortable surroundings and assurance of having a caring human being on hand at all times. During your dogs home boarding stay with ourselves they will immediately become one of the family. They will spend time enjoying cuddles on the sofa, interaction with our resident Chocolate Labradors and enjoy all the luxuries they would get at home. Dogs will be exercised twice daily with nice enjoyable on-lead walks, lots of socialisation and mental stimulation and when its time for bed, they will have their own private bedroom inside our home where they will enjoy warmth, comfort and if allowed even a bedtime movie on their very own 24" HD Smart TV.

Every dog that visits at the Creche will be assessed for their own safety during their time with us. Should you wish to book an assessment, please feel free to contact us.
