It's getting beyond a joke how people are bringing the horse box back. Things are getting damaged all the time and people aren't letting me know! The box is constantly being brought back empty, leaving it full of droppings, People are parking it on blind bends and double yellows you wouldn't do this with your own so don't do it with mine!

I will now be asking for an extra £30 on bookings if the box is all ok when dropped off this will be given back if not then will cover any damages or fuel.

Ive worked very hard to be able afford my own box and for people to treat it like this is appalling !

POLITE NOTICE!

If you have messaged and booked a day and haven't yet paid a deposit then you will not be booked in. Bookings are only confirmed when deposits are paid. I have people messaging for days that I'm waiting for deposits on. I will ask for a deposit no more than two times now if no luck I'll book it for the next people not fair on people waiting and for me getting let down!

❌POLITE NOTICE❌

Could everyone make sure when hiring the box it is getting returned how you picked it up!!

Please remove your rubbish & belongings. Ensure that the box has 2 bars of fuel in & the horse section has been thoroughly cleaned and hosed out.
Payments must be made in full before collection of the box!
DO NOT park in the disabled bay!
NO SMOKING.

I try to make it is as cheap and easy as possible for people to enjoy a day with the horses but lately feels like people are taking the mick out of my good nature lately! I work long hours and shouldn't have to be taking the box for fuel or cleaning it out at midnight after a long day at work for the person who's hired it the next day.

Thank you to everyone who goes above and beyond to make sure the box is in perfect condition when it gets returned 🙌

From the 20th June the prices going forward are:
Weekdays - full day hire £50 from £70 half day £35 from £40

Weekends - Full day £70 half day £40

I have lowered my weekday prices to make it more possible for people to spend time making memories with their beloved ponies!

As we all know the cost of fuel has shot up and will continue to do so. We ask you supply your own fuel from now on this is so I can keep my prices as low as possible! The box will go out on 1 bar which is around 150 miles.
