💚 If you hadn’t already guessed from my name, I’m one energetic pup! My pals at the centre say I’m such a sweet and loving girl; they have even given me a fresh haircut ready to charm my future family.

🐶 My friends aren’t entirely sure of my age, but they believe I’m around one years old because of my puppy-like antics! But once the giggles are over, I love nothing more than a cuddle on a cosy sofa.

🏘️ For a small girl like me, the big wide world can feel like a scary place. I might feel confident, but I can get a bit overwhelmed, so would need a patient home in a nice quiet area where I can build my confidence.

🐾 I would love to be the only pet in my new home to start with and would be best with children over 14+ years old.

Client Care Assistant

We are a busy established Veterinary Practice looking for someone to join our client care team.

Salary £23k-£24k dependent upon experience.

40 hours per week between the hours of 8am-8:15pm Monday to Friday,
1:4 Saturday 8am-4pm (8hrs) & Sundays either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm (4hrs) & Bank Holidays as per the rota.

Job Details

As a client care team assistant you will be responsible for:

· Calls and enquires
· Dealing with prescription and food orders
· Booking 1st opinion and referral appointments
· Dealing with incoming and outgoing emails
· Monitoring direct insurance claims
· Dealing with prescription and food orders
· Taking payments / Giving refunds
· Dealing with Daily, Weekly, and Monthly debtors
· Much more

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Mathematics and English to a satisfactory level
· Basic competency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· Veterinary reception experience(preferable)
· Clean driving license

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
