We have just sent a text to all active numbers in our system for information.

We think hackers may have got into our email system (not confirmed if they have or how but we thought it best to take no chances).

We have spoken to a local cyber security firm who are coming out next week to help us and have already reviewed our email system.

All our passwords have been changed and we don't store any card/bank details so please don't worry.

We have informed the ICO and take this seriously. If you have a call from "Bold Vets" and it's not a voice you recognise, hang up and call us back on 01744 820505 💚

Michelle and Elaine would like to say a massive thank you to all who have sponsored/supported them in their fundraising for Battersea dogs home and their London marathon challenge! Friday 14th February we will be hosting a bake and cake sale in reception if we have any bakers out there or cake lovers! Pop in for a slice, all money raised is going towards their funds 💚

Edit - we have only had one client to inform us but one is too many. We are taking all precautions we can and are investigating thoroughly. We have changed all passwords and spoken to our appointment booking software company. We have informed the ICO and will update as soon as we can. For now please don’t give any details if rang “by us” unexpectedly and call us back. SCAMMERS. We have been alerted to a bogus caller ringing clients claiming to be us (bold vets), asking for your details and that your booster is due. Please end the call and ring us back on our number only - 01744 820505. Remember you can what’s app, email and Facebook message us too. We only ask for over the phone payment if you have forgotten to pay on leaving or on prior agreement as an operation deposit/cremation payment.

Did you know we did Laser treatment? This is Max and he is nearly 11 years old. Max came to us with widespread pain making him really uncomfortable and struggling to move, Max has had targeted laser treatment three times a week with our nurses Chelsea and Hope. He has made fantastic progress and is putting on weight and hopping about the garden, which his Mum says he loves to do. We are all so thrilled with Max's progress 💚
