14 weeks old and the perfect time to start her grooming journey with me!

I have worked for Lotties family for years and unfortunately they lost Candy my first ever Bichon customer last year 💔

I’m surprised Lottie’s mum still even uses me because not only had I cut Candy toe bean clean off one time (bird flying past the window, Candy went nuts 🫨), the following appointment with their Yorkie Pen, ended up in me snipping the tiny little tip of her ear off while she spun round sporadically like a croc 🤡🙋🏼‍♀️ They also have little… no MINUSCULE chi called Sam.

I’m so bloody glad they still use me and Lottie was an absolute DREAM! Her mum is very dog savvy and experienced and had done so much command and coat maintenance at home since picking her up that her first puppy groom was a complete breeze!

Thank you so much choosing me once again for another of your pets! I am over the moon with Lottie 🫶🏼

What a lovely end to a freezing cold wet manic Tuesday!

OAPooch Ollie was in for the first time today and at 10 years young he’s a bit set in his ways 🤣

Pre assessment form was filled out correctly by his mum so although he did nip and was like a spinning croc, problem areas had already been identified so I could wear PPE at the correct stage of the groom.

We did as much as we could which for his first go was a lot!

He left happy and his mum and dad were too - that’s the result your want for a newbie!

Second time in and the work that has gone into his coat at home is just 👌🏽

His first puppy appointment was nothing less than sheer CARNAGE and I wasn’t expecting much from today’s appointment.

He proved me wrong and we decided if he was washed and blown at home, we could concentrate on other processes.

Yes he nipped on nails and feet but he is still only 5 months old and gave up fighting much sooner than his groom before Xmas today 🤣

Next appointment - the big boy cut. And I cannot WAIT!
