Dear Customers
I just wanted to write a post to express my gratitude to you all π
Most of you have been alongside me whilst both my partner and I work through what has and still is an extremely difficult time emotionally and physically after the devasting loss of Robyn.
I may not have been my usual enthusiastic self and the majority of you have been more than understanding if I've been struggling and I thank you for your support π.
I returned to work much earlier than I should have, but being self-employed means if I don't work, I don't have an income.
Our world came to a grinding hault, but the world around us kept turning and ultimately resulted in us plunging into masive debt and losing our home whilst still trying to process our loss, forcing both my partner and I back to work much sooner than we were ready for.
This brings me back to the subject of work, my diary and why I want to thank you all; my work diary is absolutely chocca, jammed, squished FULL atm which is a massive positive, but it also brings challenges - unfortunately if you miss or cancel an appointment I've genuinely nowhere I can move you to π’, which means (unless I have a cancellation) I can only offer the next scheduled appointment.. I've absolutely no wiggle room at all as I'm still playing catch up, working earlies, lates and then some...
The majority of you appreciate & understand this which I'm very grateful for.
The other thing to note is, for any cancellations less than 48 hours notice, charges are applicable, in the past I may not have stuck to this, but I can't afford not to going forward, so please bear that in mind.
I'm still grieving for my loss, I paint on a smile, but some days are more difficult than others, I'm one person, running my own business and I'm simply just a human, not a superwoman...
Again, a massive thank you to those who have and still choose me as your pups Groomer and support my small business... Its valued, much more than you will ever know π...
Much love π
Emily
