This customer came to us with a concept , some drawings and lots of great ideas, all we had to do is turn it into reality.
We think it came out rather well.
4 cages with escape doors. Jump board, pull-out bike rack for ease of loading/unloading. Also maximising the space. Below is a very large pull-out storage tray, to the left of the bike storage area are two storage areas with soft close lockers. Leisure battery , lights. USB, fuses, solar panel , diesel heater also fitted.
Not sure how we squeezed so much in the van but we think it looks great and more importantly the customer was over the moon.

Unit looking tidy , to be honest we keep it tidy all the time. A place for everything and everything in its place 😉.
Designated welding area, steel racking , saw, and drills.
Carpet area , electrical area, oh and are big investment our very own CNC Router for producing all are own ply kits , van conversion kits in house to our customers design.
We can now offer a full van conversion , with or without cages.

So we are back off holiday and we had a fantastic time.
So in the photos are two lovely vans, Ford Transit Connect ( grey cages) and a Peugeot Partner ( Blue cages)
The ford is 2 up 2 down with a fold up jump board, pullout top divider, fully insulated and carpeted including fitting a new roof, led lights in the cages and in the front , Altro flooring throughout.
Peugeot, 2 up 2 down in the rear and in the front two side security doors and a central divider with door within giving you 6 cages. Altro flooring throughout.
We pride ourselves by making them a true custom fit, we don't like gaps or rattles. We only use the best quality materials. We treat each van as if it was our own.

Another returning customer.
This is the 3rd van we have done for this customer.
Peugeot Partner.
11 cages in total which are surprisingly spacious.
3 up 2 down in the rear with a further 6 in the front, all with escape doors.
Altro flooring fitted throughout the van and caged area. Wind driven vent and modified bulkhead.

Ford Transit Custom
2 up 2 down in the rear, fold up jump , another cage in the front with storage to the left and a fridge to the left of that , with a bed above. Electrics hidden away with split charger system, solar panel, lights , various sockets.
Fully insulated including producing a new head liner. This van actually started out as a crewcab, so lots of work involved but definitely worth it in the end.
