eir trust and building a bond goes a long way when they are potentially nervous or stressed about being in a new grooming environment. I don't mind the more "difficult" dogs and there will be no other dogs present whilst here for your appointment, so no distractions, just peace, quiet and relaxing. I also hold a canine first aid certificate so you can be assured that whilst in my care your dog will be in good hands and treated with the kindness and compassion you would expect.
