Just a polite reminder that when dropping and collecting we ask for the following.

- drop off is preferable in the afternoon
- collection is preferable in the morning

We do understand that this is not always possible but we appreciate your cooperation. This is particularly important at peak times such as school holidays and bank holiday.

First time stays are still ok for morning x

Where possible a reminder text will be sent out.

This is a polite notice to a few customers that still haven’t settled their payment.
After a number of attempts from us trying to contact you and still no response.

These customers have been told personally and its not to do with outstanding payments on your online account.

You have 24hrs or unfortunately we will take this further and name and shame.

Any future bookings will be cancelled.
We are a small family run business and this can affect us badly.

Can we please ask that when possible customers log into their Revelation pets to read the terms and conditions of the company. Then if you are happy there should be an option to sign to agree to them.

Any issues can you let us know... this is the first time we have done this so not sure how well it will work.

As you know we normally close for lunch, however today we are saying that due to the weather today you can collect as and when but still before 4. Sooner rather than later. This is due to the weather getting increasingly bad as the day goes on.
