A bit of an emotional story close to home for team SV!

Our head nurse Natasha has been supporting and caring for her dad, Tim, over the past year as he faught oesophageal cancer.
Although it was a difficult and extremely scary year for her and her family, Tim has made a full recovery and wants to give back to the amazing team that helped him through his battle; from diagnosis to treatment.

He is planning to complete a sponsored walk to raise money for Cancer Research UK and will be walking every day in October to hopefully cover a whopping 62 miles.

Tim has only been cancer free for a couple of months and is still recovering from surgery himself, but every day he is getting stronger and fitter. His two mascots, Asha and Ruby and now with the addition of puppy Pepper, will be helping him complete his walk every step of the way!

It would be amazing if our clients would be so kind to donate to his cause, and hopefully help to aid Cancer Research UK to work towards faster diagnosis, and improved treatments for anyone who may experience this challenge themselves.

How Cute?!?!🐶

We wish the lovely Bubbles a speedy recovery after his little accident, playing too much and gaining a sore leg. He was very brave while he was checked over, and didn’t mind the cuddles he got from everyone either 💕

We would like to share some exciting news with our clients! 📣

Cate Titterton, who you may already have met, has acquired the practice. This allows the practice to continue providing a service for the community, and we are proud to remain independent.

We would like to also congratulate Tereena Haddow on her recent retirement. We wish her all the best for the future, and we cannot thank her enough for her compassion and determination that has helped to build the practice into what it is today. We are grateful to be given the opportunity to continue to operate supporting her values. 🐱🐶🐰

All the best, Team SBV 💙

The lovely Tilly came to visit today for her spay and microchip. Can you believe this is her BEFORE any sedation? 🤭😍

A very well mannered young lady. We look forward to seeing her for her post-op checks. ❤️

More team pets!

Asha and Ruby came in for some XRays this morning. They did amazingly whilst receiving their anaesthetic and are recovering brilliantly, even if they are enjoying a little sing song together now they're awake 😬🫢
