Today was Phoebes turn for a session with Ruth Fleet Equestrian Movement Mentor. The focus is on the rider & the effect the rider has on their horse. Today was working on Phoebe opening her hips to allow her knees to soften & lower leg to hug the horse. Lots of homework but Phoebe was much more relaxed & Jack was working much longer & softer by the end of session.
